Top 5-Star Hotels in Taoyuan

Room was spacious, clean, quiet enough. The staffs were kind and helpful. But few lame things:  they don’t offer any moisturizer or body lotion. Our room was next to the elevator so we could hear the music from the elevator area. And most importantly, you cant use heater but i heard that thats pretty common in hotels in taiwan(its bit warm here on Dec but its cold at night) Besides that, everything was good.

My quarantine stay at Monarch was excellent. Since I was a frequent traveler and had stayed there a few times before, they upgraded me to an executive room for my 8-night stay. I truly enjoyed the many big windows, the great view, and the renovated room with the spacious bathroom. My room number was 1206 and I strongly recommend it. Effective 8/6/22, Monarch changed back to a regular hotel with no options for quarantine stays. My husband and I stayed here in Mid-August for 2 nights with free breakfast delivered to the room. We stayed in room 1402, which was a corner renovated room and not bad, but not nearly as spacious as the previous room. Both rooms had views facing the scenic park and that helped make our stays very satisfying.

Location is very sensible, especially if you are doing a transit in Tao Yuan airport. It took us about 20 minutes to get there.  It was very late when we arrived but you have access to 2 supermarkets, which is very convenient.  The room was very spacious where we got two double beds for family of four.

This was a great hotel to stay at before my flight the next morning! First, it is right on the express MRT line, so it’s less than 30 minutes to the airport with frequent trains coming by. Second, it’s connected to the MRT station and the Global shopping mall, so you don’t even need to go outside. You can just exit the station directly into the mall, and the door to the hotel is right there, 1 minute from the station! And then, you can find restaurants in the mall, so it’s convenient. The hotel breakfast is amazing with so many choices of different foods and good coffee. The room was very comfortable, quiet, non-smoking, clean, and spacious. This is simply a great hotel, and I highly recommend it!

She has always emphasized that your hotel handover is not done well. Is this our fault as a guest? The picture file can't be uploaded, it is the picture file that our company has not provided the right one (not to mention, we have always used the same file); Or if there is a problem, isn't it necessary to deal with and coordinate before the beginning (our company has provided it before 7/10)? Instead of directly turning off the power supply at the scene, the parking fee can only be reduced for 4 hours, but the business staff promised to ”completely free” at that time, and asked to know: free during the 4-hour lease period, may the table set at 13:00, will the customer not wait at the venue first? Will the departure at 17:00 not be delayed? Writing MAIL in 112/7/14, Gao surnamed manager promised to deal with and reply to 112/7/17, but so far 112/7/27 has not received any reply.

All the staffs are super friendly, especially toward kids. The hotel is family and kid friendly, got many facilities set up for kids. Unfortunately, my son only turned 11 months old so some facility he was not big enough to use. I understand it might seems a little pricy but overall my family enjoy it. 5 stars all around. If bringing ur kid near outdoor swimming pool remember to put on 防蚊液。

The front desk clerk was polite and answered all questions. I booked a snoopy room, but the bedsheets and quilts in the room were not snoopy. It was really disappointing. We only came to this hotel for one night just for the snoopy. The price was already very expensive and it was not worth it. Except for a large piece of glass with a snoopy on it, the other equipment has no snoopy and I don’t know what kind of snoopy room this is. The snoopy shop on the 3rd floor is very beautiful, but the prices of the goods are a bit high, there are too many check-in points, and the gashapon machines are a bit bad. They should all be for twisting out snoopy dolls. Some of them will twist out other non-snoopy dolls, which is a bit disappointing. . The breakfast tastes good, but the variety is a little lacking. The poached eggs do not taste good at all if they are cooked and placed in an insulator. They have to be boiled and eaten immediately to taste.

Most of the DIY activities are cancelled due to the epidemic. One of them is a balloon, and it is quite sunny. 5. The room is poorly soundproofed, and the children in the next room play until 10 o'clock in the evening, and they can still hear clearly ....

Every employee is very kind and polite, whether it is the little butler serving at the counter, the little helper of the amu*****t facilities, the staff who organizes the camping car, and the service staff who provide meals, everyone is willing to help We solve any problem, and every meal here is full, we are full. In addition, you can also experience VR golf and mini golf here. Unfortunately, there is no reserved time this time, so we did not use KTV. However, we have members who have joined COSMOS, and there are many discounts and cute souvenirs. By the way, the weather is good at night If so, there will be an open-air cinema outdoors, watching movies under the stars while eating the free roasted marshmallows provided here is super enjoyable! Perfect for a “DIY” airport layover. Jump on the metro for 10 minutes (you can tap a credit card at the gate). Walk for 5 minutes across the car park and over a little wooden bridge and you are there. Very easy, always in sight and well signed. I had a no window room, perfect for my needs. Clean, comfortable, good night’s sleep… Breakfast was more to locals’ tastes but it’s included and there is plenty if you’re hungry, which I wasn’t. One thing to note is there is nothing else near the hotel and sadly no path along the river for an early morning walk.
