梅崎亭溫泉旅館位於佐賀縣太良町竹崎城跡展望台附近，位置偏遠近海，適合自駕遊旅客。旅館有兩層樓，共有10間客房，旅館女主人很親切友善。 今次入住的是海景帶浴室的和洋式房間，房間約有18平方米，很整潔，有一張雙人床，坐不慣榻榻米的客人可在走廊取有靠背的椅子進房間內就坐。 如果愛吃竹崎蟹，入住這間溫泉旅館絕對是最佳選擇。晚餐每人有兩隻蒸竹崎蟹，蟹很大隻多蟹膏，肉質很鮮甜、炸軟殼蟹香脆、蟹粥美味、生魚片新鮮爽口，還有烤海螺、蒸蛋奶凍和其他小菜，非常豐盛。 早餐有烤鮭魚、鮮蛋伴米飯、火腿、豆腐、螃蟹味噌 … 食物也很好吃；唯一缺點是連續兩天的早餐款式都是一樣，如果隔天換一換款式便會更加有驚喜。 房內沒有私人風呂，但有家族風呂可供租賃，一小時收費只須付1000日元。由於我們入住那天只有三間房有客人，在大浴場根本沒有其他住客，可以說是包場泡湯，我和家人一起玩得很開心。 入住梅崎亭溫泉旅館能吃到美味的竹崎蟹感到很滿足，泡溫泉身心可以放鬆，將來如果來佐賀亦會再次入住。

Side dishes is buffet style. Can go for the free flow sake. Breakfast seems to be a better spread. There are better restaurants along the coasts. Do check your bus and train timing before moving out.

This hot spring hotel is one of the best in the service experience and the second food in the Izu, Tangjin, Arima and Beppu hot spring hotels I have stayed at. Beautiful traditional Ryokan, my room got both indoor and outdoor private onsen, the hotel is hidden in a forest hence super quiet and serene. Farm to table meals is a surprise; the inn have lands for rice crops, self grown mushrooms, and stable for goat and chickens. Lovely staff and good value for price.
