Booked in advance for my father and myself to stay in whilst visiting a stage of the Tour de France. No complaints about the location/rooms/carpark. Reception was fine upon arrival and no issues with payment booking breakfast etc. Getting a cold beer to sit outside was a little more of a challenge as the offered draught beer was 'unavailable' however no great loss. Dinner was awaited as we were pretty hungry after 7 hrs on the motorbikes, but oh dear what a car crash! The 'waitress' that was on shift was the most miserable/rude/obnoxious/ ignorant that I and my father have ever experienced, and we're both well travlled throughout Europe. Rude to the point of downright vile whilst placing our order, unpleasant in the way the literally threw the food/drinks on the table and basically needed removing from the business!! Kyriad we know you can do better, but for the sake of your business you need to sort out the 'large' middle aged woman that was on shift on Thursday night!! I'm sure you will serve up some platitudes in your response but I can personally assure you fellow travellers - beware of the the risk you take!! (Or equally a pleasant 20 minsute walk gets you to a superb French locals restaurant - L'AILE ET LA CUISSE) Don't risk your time here. Ps Breakfast was good and the girls on shift a pleasant start to the day!

With four friends on 4 motorcycles stayed at the Hotel, which is a typical hotel/motel on the edge of town. (Our average age was 63!! - so not exactly hells angels but rather mature gentlemen bikers) Not a very friendly welcome from the female receptionist - indeed a ‘dour’ welcome with no smiling face!! The hotel room was very spacious and clean; however having asked for a ground floor room I ended up on the first floor (no lift - and had to contend with my disability, carrying my own bags).

L'accueil sympas ,une chambre jolie ,une bouilloire à disposition, avec sachets café, thé, gâteaux, sucre .Une sdb bien éclairée avec de la place pour poser ses affaires .Un grand miroir super !Chambre bien insonorisée. Très bon matelas. Nous y reviendrons .

Une nuit horrible!!! Vous pouvez jetter le matelas . Drap couette taché. A la Salle de bain les rideau sont taché les joint noir et moisi . La 📺 d un autre temps . Quant à l accueil zéro la dame avait du mal à parler en français je comprenais rien du tout. Au petit déjeuner rien de bon tout de qualité médiocre. Je vous laisse voir les.photos . Je n en revient pas !! Cet hôtel ne devrait même pas avoir 1 étoiles.

Accueil froid, au moment de prendre la commande, la carte de plat est rétréci à 3 plats qui n'ont rien à voir avec ceux de la carte de l'entrée. Mon entrée est zapée, ce n'est pas grave quand je vois arriver l'assiette grossière de charcuterie de mon voisin. Aucune viande de disponible. Soit disant que la directrice ne veut pas faire d'achat pour la restauration du soir, ce fut une expérience à ne pas renouveler, fuir à grands pas

Literie très dure, traces de rouille sur le sommier, clim réversible juste au dessus de la tête de lit, baignoire sabot avec traces noires sur la faïence, robinetterie abîmée, rideau de douche, carrelage très vieux, pas de sèche serviette, donc, pas de chauffage, bref, tout est à revoir.

Horrible, d'abord on nous donne nous donne une chambre où la clim marche pas, on retourne à la réception, on nous donne une seconde chambre où la clim marche toujours pas, on fini par nous donné une troisième chambre ou la clim fonctionne, mais qui ne correspond pas à notre réservation, on avait prit un lit 2 personnes, on se retrouve à un 2 lit 1 personne pour un couple, super. La literie pas du tout confortable. Et pour finir pas moyen de réglé la clim, soit forte soit rien. Je ne parle pas de l'insonorisation inexistante. Aucune excuse, aucun geste commercial. A fuir.
