Ecolodge la Palmeraie

We had an amazing time at the Ecolodge, it's an absolutely beautiful place, a real oasis in many more ways than one. The cats are great, the breakfast is delicious. Everyone is very helpful and welcoming, and the excursions and other experiences they do are all exciting. We did the 2-day desert excursion, which was magical and I always felt in safe hands. The hosts are also very flexible and ready to organise you whatever, thank you so much to Said for everything, and for waiting for us after our long day in the desert.

Overall, it was not that bad. The room wasn't really as promised compared to the price as well as the food. The gardens were cool, swimming pool to. The receptionist made us uncomfortable during check-in and over diner. He talked too much, and our food got cold. Also, he was touching my back a lot, which wasn't appropriate and unappreciated by my boyfriend

Absolutely perfect from start to finish. Absolutely the best hotel I have EVER stayed in anywhere in the world! The property itself is stunning and the maintenance and cleaning is amazing. Our room was a traditional hut and was so well equipped, clean and cold in the day and warm at night - perfect! Daily housekeeping was incredible, they fully cleaned and changed all bedding and towels and even tidied up our clothes and mess we had left. The property and area are SUPER SUPER safe, we left our bikes unlocked, our laptops out and unattended and no one even looked at them let alone touched them. This hotel staff are the absolute best, nothing was too much trouble. The owner even offered to go to the shop for us to buy us a SIM card. The service at dinner was so attentive and we felt so genuinely cared for and valued. They even remembered our names and room number so everyone we ordered anything they just knew where to charge it. The hotel room price is so so reasonable for what you get and the food and drink is so cheap but so fresh and delicious , all hand made daily. The property is an absolute dream with a gorgeous pool, hammocks , gardens, vegetables , cats, peacocks, donkeys. Honestly such an oasis and well worth it. The airport is close and there are many lovely nature spots near by and the bikes from the hotel are free. Alternatively the hotel can arrange any kind of trip you want at very reasonable prices. The owner of this hotel was so nice and he clearly knows his business very well and is doing everything totally right! I wish him and his team all the success and thank them from my heart for giving us such an amazing experience and memories we will treasure for a lifetime!

A beautifully located Oasis just outside Quarzazate town. The staff are amazing and can't do enough for you. That includes the management, restaurant staff and cleaning ladies- all so happy and friendly. My 12 year old son loved it ! Thank you Jaward and Wisam you are incredible people. We had a wonderful stay at Ecolodge La Palmeraie. Rooms are confortable, food is excellent, swimming pool is highly appreciable and the garden is wonderfull !! Adel & Camille are super guests, very helpful to help us discover the surroundings ! I highly recommend staying here !

I and my fiancee came to the Ecolodge for 4 nights. We enjoyed a lovely stay, the location was beautiful and the service impeccable! Very warm welcome, good selection of drinks, the pool (opened day and night) was particularly relaxing. The price was worth it. The activities proposed seemed fun and the money went directly to the locals involved - we took part in the cooking lesson; the teacher was very nice and helpful (however, we couldn't choose the dishes to cook, which was a bit of a letdown). This would be a 5 stars review, if not for a little accident: the last night a group of 20 people decided to have a big party until 3/4 in the morning... They were loud, rude to staff and didn't care when we asked to at least lower their voices/music. It was a letdown to see the direction not to take action about this... We and other people had to wake up early and the director knew this. That being said, a big thank you to the service staff - especially to Hassan and the breakfast waiter! Your kindness made this stay very worthy!
