A really nice old hotel in Tarnow with very friendly and helpful staff. Great location in Tarnow - just a short walk to the Old Town Square. Nice breakfast included. My only issue was that new mattresses are needed - they just weren’t comfortable and seemed rather old. New mattresses and it’s a five star rating from me.

Nie polecam tego miejsca, względem obsługi. Pani w czarnych włosach na recepcji, dość wiekowa sądziłem że będzie posiadać większe doświadczenie na stanowisku, które obejmuje. Brak profesjonalizmu, uśmiechu na twarzy czy gościnności sprawiały, że chciałem uciec z tamtego miejsca. Dziś rano, zamiast pomóc i udzielić konkretnych informacji, wołała rozmawiać z koleżanką. Brak zainteresowania, pokazuje jak dużo się jeszcze musi nauczyć. Hotel 4* a obłudna -10*. Nie polecam tego miejsca! Jest wiele, innych milszych i gościnnych hoteli w Tarnowie.

Sicuramente hotel validò. Un po’ trascurato in manutenzione, ma visto la grandezza e poca frequentazione dei ospiti, penso che non è facile gestione. Stanza singola è minuscola 9 metri quadri. Abbastanza ben pulita,frigo, bagno ben attrezzato, tv con canali digitali. Qualche problema con doccia idromassaggiante, che non funzionava, lampadina dello specchio bruciata, un battiscopa staccato, qualche ragnatela sul soffitto ecc. il grosso problema sono dei piccioni che la mattina non ti lasciano a dormire!!!! ( risolvere con urgenza) Nota positiva è una colazione (nel prezzo della stanza ) di ottima qualità (complimenti). Prezzo buono in confronto dei affitta camere. Credo che ci tornerò in futuro ( non succede mai)
