esperienza deludente ho prenotato via web (non c'è possibilità di farlo telefonicamente nè in loco) 6 mesi per mio figlio che inizierà a breve un Erasmus a Tarragona. Ho pagato la caparra e dopo oltre 15 giorni mi è arrivata una mail in cui mi si diceva che, per overbooking, la mia prenotazione non fosse stata evasa, senza darmi altre possibilità (per esempio avevo prenotato una stanza singola, potevano propormi una doppia o altre possibilità..) perchè, a dir loro, il sito non è aggiornato. la caparra mi è stata restituita dopo oltre un mese. Stesso metodo presso la struttura Jordi. Sul sito risulta molte possibilità che poi nella pratica non esistono. Trovo pessimo tale sistema. Dopo 15 giorni era certa di aver prenotato invece mi sono ritrovata a dover reperire in fretta un'abitazione. Rossella
