"My family of 4 had the best stay at this hotel! When we arrived, the staff stood by the door and greeted us warmly. As the weather fell to extreme lows during the period we were staying there, the heater was unable to keep the tents warm enough.As such, the staff graciously upgraded us to a family room inside the building. The view was absolutely stunning from the room. When the sky is clear, you can even see stars from their rooftop! The room itself was extremely clean and tidy, while the bathroom was very well equipped. The beds were large and extremely comfortable, and there was even a humidifier in the room which was perfect for the cold and dry weather. The service of the staff was exceptional. My husband and son experienced altitude sickness upon our arrival at the hotel, and they took extremely great care of them, even cooking them a warm meal. They even provided us with snacks before we left for our day trip. On our last night, they invited us to have dinner together. The staff prepared a home-cooked meal which was very delicious. During the duration of our stay, the staff took exceptional care of us and made us feel at home. Even as we checked out, they gave us a farewell gift as a token of appreciation. I highly recommend this hotel to all travellers! This was truly a great stay, and thank you to the staff who was committed to ensuring that my family had an amazing stay here!"

"Absolutely! I didn't expect to live in such a intimate hotel on the plateau. The Tajik girl at the front desk was very enthusiastic and prepared fresh fruit for us. When I entered the room, I saw the prepared oxygen and humidifier, and I felt at ease. The next morning, I was amazed by the rich breakfast! Not only there are porridge noodles, but also fruit stir-fried salads. The cold side dishes with small porridge are really amazing! Especially to my appetite. Welcome gifts are delivered by the cute robot with delicious almond and sweet raisins! Every morning they asked how was our night! The bed is super comfortable not like those lousy spring beds in more expensive hotels! Plenty of restaurants around and BEST is just opposite the town square where lots of activities going on.
