We have a little mixed feelings about this experience. Location is few km away from town centre, but still within the town. Hotel doesn't offer breakfast and need to drive to town square for buffet. Communication with hotel was before our arrival was little but difficult. They didnt add my wechat and we only could communicate via ctrip - which led to a situation as bellow: We booked a room at discounted price for 168, and assumed it would be ok for our trio. I requested hotel to add my wechat few days in advance, and reminded once or twice. Eventually Ctrip called hotel for us and ask to add my wechat which they did - but didnt respond to my messages on wechat. It's only when we arrived we had a chance to discuss directly with hotel and unfortunately we learned that 3 people are not allowed to stay in the same room and we need to rent second room and the price is nearly 500. In my opinion up to 200 is a reasonable price for the room we stayed, but nearly 500 rmb we were required to pay for the additional room was far too expensive.

The most satisfactory hotel in the whole trip, thank you for upgrading us to a suite. In a border county town with an altitude of more than 3,000 meters, it is beyond expectation to be able to live in such an environment. The front desk staff is very nice. Not only did they help with the upgrade, but they also helped to take the luggage upstairs. The hotel has an aerobic room, which is very warm and comfortable to sleep in. The symptoms of altitude sickness are greatly reduced. You can see the snow-capped mountains in the room, which is worth it. The location is also good, right next to the Stone City and the square, and it is very convenient to eat. I like this hotel and Tashan County. It has left a good memory. I recommend everyone to stay here when they come to Tashan County.

客觀的評價一下這次入住天邊雲朵的感受吧：我也算是個資深的旅遊人士吧，這次帶了個小團來入住這家驛站，從開始微信聯繫時，老闆娘就毫無保留的把驛站給我們介紹的很清楚，公共洗手間，帳篷，蒙古包所有的優缺點，這樣我們也可以很好的根據我們這個小團的人員來安排，這點我很認同，因為沒有任何遮遮掩掩，我們也可以很方便的給我們的客人選擇，到達當天是大概晚上9點多，一進驛站，就看到熱情的老闆娘在接待着客人，知道是我們之後，把上一個客人接待好了，就開始有序的接待了我們，帶我們看我們的房子和等等的安排，我們的客人都能很好的入住房間了，兩個年輕的情侶對她們的戶外帳篷特別有興趣，想體驗一下，但是沒有房了，衹能下次了，客廳的牆上掛着一副塔縣遊玩的路線圖，其他客人也都在做攻略，老闆娘也很熱情的指着地圖根我們詳細的講了一遍塔縣的遊玩情況，這點也很好，讓我們的客人可以很清楚的知道每天一天的行程安排，最後我也說說我的整體感受，安排的房間，客人們都還是比較滿意的，雖然是公共洗手間，但非常乾淨，旁邊的大桶都把水裝得滿滿的，聽說這邊經常停水，但我們入住這天沒有停水，還是很幸運，我們到塔縣已經是屬於旅遊旺季了，一路很難訂到房，要麼特別貴，所以這件驛站的性價比超高，我也說句公道話，又想便宜，又想五星級，恐怕上帝也做不到呢，我們一路走來，民宿住得太多了，什麼樣的都有，一言難盡，自己品味，但就這家是各方面很不錯的了，沒有異味，洗手間很乾凈，床單敢挑戰白色的，性價比超高，感謝熱情的老闆娘，感謝我這次的客人給予我們的包容，純屬個人客觀評論，僅供參考

The room is quite big and the hot water supply is sufficient, but the water in the room I stayed in seemed to be cold and hot, but it didn't affect it much.
