Lovely clean hotel with good sized rooms and a lovely breakfast included. The outdoor pool with loungers is a bonus. Staff were really accommodating and happy for us to check out late, store bags and enjoy facilities .

It's an 8 minute taxi ride from the airport, the breakfast is quite good but there's not enough fruit, the room is generally clean but there was someone's hair on the bed and something was slightly spilled. The towels are very good. There are large bottles of shampoo, shower gel and lotion. There is a kettle, tea, coffee and bottled water. WiFi is good. The room had one large bed. Overall I recommend it.

A hotel that's far away from the nearest metro station. Not many things to do in this area. The receptionist tried to charge more than the reservation amount. Beds were very hard and noisy. On the other hand breakfast was adequate and overall was a very clean hotel.

This is a nice hotel in Tashkent. The rooms are adequate & furnished reasonable with a kettle & hot drinks making facility. Breakfast is excellent with lots of variety. If you are in a hurry to check out, they offer a packed breakfast box to take with you. We had a slightly bad experience while checking in. The person at the reception desk, Jamshed, was adamant that we needed to pay for an early check in though we requested this by email. We were told that they will allow if there were any rooms available by a reply. As we were tired to argue and reason out with him, we ended up paying $20 as early check in fee (penalty). Jamshed was the only one who lacked good customer service skills. Muzaffar is very helpful at the front desk with excellent customer relationship and a pleasant & cheerful demeanour. Abdullah was also helpful. The hotel is close to the Airport. If you buy an Uzbek tourist SIM card in the airport, you can download & use the Yandex app to get the taxis which are very reasonable to get around. Will cost you approx 30000 to 40000 Som which is about a max of £2.50 for a ride with 4 passengers.

We only stayed one night but the staff were absolutely wonderful - so friendly and helpful. As soon as we arrived in our taxi, someone met us at the car to take our bags. I was near the end of my US Dollars, but they were more than happy to take payment in a combination of USD and Som. We had to be at the airport at 11:00pm and, even though we’d checked out in the morning they were happy to keep our bags all day and evening, so we could pick them up on our way back to the airport. We were upgraded to a suite, which was fabulous and so comfortable. For most of our trip around Uzbekistan, we stayed in small traditional guest houses, so this was the only modern hotel we stayed at, but I’d definitely recommend Old Tashkent Hotel. Breakfast had the largest variety of choice than anywhere else we’d stayed and, if you’re there at the right time of year, you can have breakfast on the outdoor terrace, looking over the city. A wonderful stay with such lovely staff.

It is a small hotel, correct both in services and cleanliness. the staff is nice. It is close to the airport and the train station. Breakfast is fine. They offer transfer to the airport and the station but the price is very high for prices in the country. You have to pay in cash, they do not accept credit cards. The pool is nice.

we did not find the accommodation booked (we were a group of 14 people) Two of the accommodations booked with twin beds were with double beds. We asked for an exchange and were told it was sold out. In our room they opened a sofa bed, but in the morning I was surprised to find a tick in it that stung me. I reported the fact to the reception and they didn't even apologize, the tick is still there. They said it had never happened nor did they worry about the health problem. It was the day of departure so I went to the emergency room when I arrived in Italy. The hotel restaurant, tried the night before, had few foods and was quite disgusting

Stayed for a couple of nights. Nice new small hotel. Everything is clean and fresh. In the courtyard there is a swimming pool, tea area, sun loungers. The rooms are neat and clean. The staff is polite. The restaurant is located on the top floor, the menu is modest, but quite tasty. Breakfast is quite varied. From the hotel you can walk along one of the main streets of the city, and the center is not very far by car. Overall a nice place.
