The location is very downtown, and the internet celebrity shop is bon! It is in the community behind the hotel, and it is very convenient to go to major attractions and bazaars. The front desk speaks very good English. The room is relatively quiet. It is decorated in the style of Soviet veteran cadres in the 1990s. The facilities are relatively old but in good working order.

はっきり言って、信じられないことが起こりました。
5月13日の夜にチェックインをするためにホテルに行ったところ、カウンターで、「小生の予約は入っていない」と言われました。印刷していた紙、および、送られてきていたメールに添付されていたデータによってホテル側に予約確認書を示しましたが、「その情報は入ってきていない」との一点ばり。ホテル側いわく、「Trip.comから情報が送られてきていない、見つからない」ということでした。
すでにこのホテルにおいてはこの日は予約が満杯で、かつ、その時間に到着していない予約の入っている宿泊客は１名だけで、「予約の入っていない小生」を泊める対応は不可能との由。「何が起こっているのか」「誰に、どこに責任があるのか」と、強い交渉をした結果、１時間ほどの時間を経てから、「では、別のホテルを紹介するからそこに泊まれるように手配をする。その料金ならびにそのホテルまでのタクシー代は当ホテルが負担するので、安心してくれ。この対応で良いか」ということでした。もう夜９時を過ぎていましたので、他の選択肢は探しようがなく、大変遺憾でありましたが、この提案を小生は受け入れることとしました。
なお、代わりに手配してくれたホテルは、タクシーを使わなければ、移動に不自由する場所にあるホテルであるのは確実で、星の数は同じというものの、メトロが近いということも条件として予約をしていたもともとのホテルとは大違いでした。
このように旅の最終の宿泊ホテルに関し、大変な目に遭いました。翌日の最終日は、代わりに与えられたホテルのレベルの低さとともに、交通の不便さ、飲食店・お店等の環境の悪さ等で、旅の終わりに哀しい思いをしました。
本ホテルは、今回の事態については貴Trip.comに責任がある ように言っていましたが、小生には判断が付きません。望んでいた環境のホテルではありませんでしたが、野宿をする必要は免れましたし、最終日のメトロでの移動が出来ずタクシー代がかかったという金銭的負担が少しあっただけなので、結果的には良し とするのもありでしょうが、予約をしていた対象ホテルではなく、貴Trip.comとして、今回の事態についてどのように考えられるのか、何が原因で生じた事態であったのか、説明を強く求めたいと思います。よろしくお願いいたします。

Very convenient location of the hotel! Quiet, calm, cozy. The rooms are clean, the towels are soft, the bed is comfortable. All the staff are very polite, friendly. The breakfasts are delicious, you can order something extra. The bartender is excellent, they offered drinks, juices for free, they prompted with information where, what, where and how. Well done.
