They were already at the airport. The hotel could help to get it back from the airport, but it would take an hour and a half. As a result, the hotel did not call but called my friend. In the end, the local friend compromised and said that he would come to China in October and bring the sample again. It was just that the things were missing from the beginning to the end. It was not handled and resolved, and finally it was left unresolved. It was a whole speechless incident. In addition, after I left, I found that the facial cleanser was left in the hotel. I left contact information when I checked in, but I did not receive any phone reminders that something was left in the hotel room.
