Stayed in this hotel by business, good hotel but have some issues to improve. Bathroom is cold, reception desk staff need to improve. Breakfast was very good

Due to a sudden change in our itinerary in Bishkek, we needed to postpone our arrival in Tashkent by two days. We negotiated with the hotel many times two days in advance. If we did not agree to postpone the check-in, we would not be able to refund a dime, and we would not give any discount if we rebooked the hotel. , there is no room for negotiation at all; friends who book this hotel must read their additional terms and conditions clearly.
