Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, featuring a very comfortable bed and a great view. The location is perfect for exploring the city. We highly enjoyed the excellent breakfast and the rooftop pool. This hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and superb service. "The room is large, with two bedrooms and one living room, with two small balconies, where you can cook, have a refrigerator, induction cooker, electric kettle, etc. There is laundry downstairs, free washing and drying, and a hair dryer. The Chinese management makes communication easy. The hotel is in a good location. It is very convenient to go to the exhibition hall, the airport, and urban tourist attractions. The only drawback is that it smells like decoration"

"I was booked Suite room as picture shown but when I checked in reception boy give me room they call suite. When I ask for change he says other suites are already check in. My room AC was not working properly and even after request change no one care. If I were get my own booked room my this trip was perfect. But believe me at night I can’t sleep well because of AC voice with no cooling. Overall breakfast was good. Location is good cleanness perfect but service not as good as needed."

"This room is very good. It is very big and has good soundproofing. Then there is dry cleaning service, which can be provided on the same day. Although it is charged, it is not, only 10 to 20 yuan per piece of clothing. Super clean The front desk service attitude is very good. Azizjon, Marbek, Feruzbek, Mashxura. "The boss is very welcoming and offers free airport pick-up. The hotel is about 5 minutes away from the airport and the surrounding area is very convenient. There is a famous local specialty restaurant next door, as well as a Chinese restaurant. The room facilities are clean and tidy, with good sound insulation, comfortable bedding and modern equipment. The front desk is warm and thoughtful, responds quickly, and provides personalized services (such as room upgrades, late check-out, etc.). "The hotel itself wasn’t bad, the pool was a valuable addition to fight the intense heat (42 degrees Celsius). My overall experience wasn’t bad, everything is working in the hotel. WiFi speed was stable, both the Ham-am and Banye downstairs was working. The only bad experiences I had was the airport pick up which never showed up which was frustrating because I arrived at 3am and the driver who was supposed to pick me up was sleeping but the hotel compensated me for the taxi I ended up taking. I would recommend this hotel to people coming to Tashkent on business but not for pleasure. The price is fair for what you get."
