Flew into tashkent late at night and needed hotel 1 night not too far from airport. reception was very friendly and spoke good english. Breakfast was very good with ok choices without being extreme. staff was friendly and there are some nice cityviews of the city from breakfst restaurant. hotel seemed fairly new and is a good offer for 1 night. didnt try out the spa facilities

The location is really good .Next to a big local market where there are fruits, vegetables, dairy products, cooked food, grocery, and supermarket. A few Uzbek restaurants near hotel Room was clean and quite new. Hotel is relatively new, about 1 year old. Safe deposit box not working and was fixed promptly After 1 night stay, house keeping dud not clean the room. Requested room change and was given after over 1 hour of discussion. Breakfast buffet was excellent- many variety of ftasry food in a nice restaurant at ground floor. Cereals, bread, yoghurt, kefir, egg's, fruits, cheeses, cold cuts, salad, hot food, soup..highlight of my stay There is a gym in the basement with free weights, and cross over pulls rack. Overall nice experience.

Modern designed hotel in Tashkent with many facilities. Just 10 minutes walk to the closest subway station. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and soft. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, very rich with many choices.

To put it mildly, it was the best. The location is in front of the city park in the center of Tashkent, and it is about 15 minutes by taxi from the airport if it is not crowded. Unlike other accommodations where there are many large roads around the accommodation, everything from restaurants to shopping and shopping malls is within walking distance of the outer perimeter of the city park, and it is very convenient because it is bright and safe at night. The room was spacious enough that there was no problem, the area where breakfast was served was also large and had a good view, and the food was made with ingredients and dishes unique to Uzbekistan, so I was able to enjoy the local atmosphere to a certain extent without going out to eat. The funniest thing is that I booked 4 nights, and I have to stay for the remaining 3 nights, and I can't refund it. If I don't stay, I will be deducted directly. Is this an overlord clause? I don't know how Ctrip negotiated the agreement with the hotel and the agent. Are foreign hotels so strong? I hope that domestic customers will not be taken advantage of. Ctrip still needs to improve in this regard. Of course, Ctrip's customer service attitude is still good, actively communicated, and finally gave 100 yuan in compensation. Let's talk about the hotel itself. The hotel is in the downtown area, relatively close to the square and shopping center, and you can walk there. But the room is a bit small. The deluxe room is 33 square meters, but there is only one room, one bathroom and one cupboard. I estimate it to be about 28 square meters (room and bathroom 5x5 + 3 square cupboard and bathtub). The facilities are relatively simple. The basin is relatively small overall. The bathtub is a bit narrow and not wide enough. People who are a little fat can't move around. The sound insulation is poor. The sound of various cars on the road at night can be heard clearly. The breakfast is very Western style, which Chinese people may not be used to. There are many varieties of cheese, various sweet local cakes and fruits, which I feel I can't eat. Compared with the room rate of nearly 1,000 yuan a day, I feel that the cost performance is indeed not high. I have to question whether I will stay here next time❓
