Забронировали большую сауну на 2 часа с супругом, внешний вид оставлял желать лучшего, но уж очень хотелось расслабиться после недельного пребывания на горе. Закрыли глаза мы на кальциевые отложения на стыках плит в хаммаме, на разводы и прогнившие доски в турецкой сауне. И даже слишком холодный бассейн не заставил нас покинуть это место. Через 40 минут пребывания я заметила на потолке ползущее насекомое, оказалась божья коровка. Потом ещё и ещё, пока мы не увидели, что они везде. Всё помещение, кроме саун(там слишком жарко), кишило насекомыми… Когда одна из них упала на нас, мы не выдержали, оделись и выбежали их сауны, на наши претензии администратор сказала: все нормально, это божьи коровки! Божьи коровки!!! В марте в помещении! Ладно бы это было отдельное здание, но это цоколь гостиницы, боюсь представить что там наверху в жилых номерах! Администратор позвала кого-то из старших управленцев, на наши претензии было высказано, что мы целый час просидели и только потом заметили, и вообще нам все показали (администратор ничего не показывала, из-за барной стойки махнула в каком направлении идти и не сдвинулась с места), и вообще было сказано что на всей горе сейчас то же самое, это нормально! К слову, мы позвонили тут же ещё в 4 бани, спрашивали, нет ли у них подобных сюрпризов, и везде были в шоке от того, что такое вообще допускается в каких-то заведениях. Однозначно оставлю этот отзыв на всевозможных ресурсах, пусть горнолыжники не портят себе настроение

Решили съездить в Геш на выходные, мест почти нигде не было, приоритетом было наличие бассейна и хамам. По итогу , вечером мы не попали, никто не сказал что нужно бронировать, забронировали на три часа на следующий день. После склона решили позвать друзей, две семейные пары, но когда зашли и увидили этот ужас отменили встречу. Хамам не рабочий , сильно обжигает, не смогли там погреться, сауна наверно лет 10 была сделана, в ужасном состоянии. И самое главное «бассейн» - это ледяная купель!!!! На ресепшне Дарья наглая и бессовестная хамка!! Сказали звонить в Томск в отдел бронирования и говорить жалобы!!! Завтраки👀 это худший завтрак в моем опыте путешествий , а были мы во многих гостинцах от эконом до люкс, но увидили в первый раз такой «сервис» , холодный омлет , не понятного качества сосиска, и сырая холодная гречка! И это за такие деньги? Как жаль что не было времени читать отзывы, с каждым негативным отзывов согласна! Никакого развития, не вкладываются в ремонт и обновление. Испорченное настроение на единственные долгожданные выходные!!!
