We stayed here in the second half of March. It's a great hotel! I liked the spacious parking lot, good internet, well-equipped rooms, great breakfasts, proximity to the ski lifts, and the staff is just beyond praise! I would also like to thank the woman who was at the reception all the time. Low bow to you! The location is about 600 meters from the ski lifts. It's a bit difficult to walk with ski boots on, but if you have the desire and strength, you can get there. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel and a supermarket. Among the disadvantages, I can note a slightly cluttered facade and the area in front of the hotel, as well as the lack of a chair in the room.

Hotel is really on very good place ( Tatranská Lomnica ) beside hotel is so much restaurants, and snall stores with suvenir, 3 minutes from hotel on train station, 5 minutes on bus station. Rooms very clean with nice smell. Woman on reception very cute and friendly. Breakfast was amazing, everything was perfect. I will ofc next time back :) Thank you for nice time in this hotel.

Our next stay confirmed kindness and flexibility of the hotel staff. We had early check in, got tasteful lunch packet and are happy with the price. Good breakfast, nice building, some additional renovation progress. Parking place behind the main building, balcony and birds singing in the morning.

Perfectly located hotel (300 m from električka station connecting to the whole of Slovak Tatras), substantially renovated inside, with brand new wellness/relax zone (we recommend „kadź” after every sauna session and then „krablička” ležak for a rest). The personnel friendly and tactful. It was our second stay in the last year, and we choose it as a „base” for future. Breakfasts excellent, even if we went to Kukučka Hotel on Friday morning. Overall experience is great and we already long for coming here again!

We stayed only 2 nights but very happy. Everything was extremely clean, girls at the reception very helpful and polite, breakfast exceeded expectations, very comfortable beds, clean bathroom and spa/wellness was just a cherry on the top. Great location as close to everything. We are definitely coming back ;)
