Size of the room is decent but definitely not worth the price paid for it’s lack of basic amenities. Pantry only serves a kettle, a microwave and a fridge with some tea and coffee without basic kitchen utensils like spoons and forks, no bowls/plates. It also ran out of paper cups. Only one set of towels (one face towel and one body towel) was provided for a room for two. Are you expecting both to share the same towel? Most ridiculously, the toilet roll was not refilled and there was only one last sheet left for use (see photo).

The public area is clean, the location is not far from the central area, and it is very convenient for self-driving tours. The basic facilities are simple but neat and clean. It is very comfortable in autumn, and it may be a bit hot in summer because there is no air conditioning in the room. Overall, I am very satisfied.

Suggestion: Must have basic English + long-term use of x (Twitter) ins/fb + good communication and mobile phone signal, then you can check in easily

There were ants on the bed in the room, and there was no air conditioning, electric fan or other facilities. The whole room was very stuffy, and there were only 2 bathrooms. The sound insulation was very poor. Although the price was cheap, the quality was not maintained at all.

Be warned this is not what it advertises. Firstly access is by Pin numbers to (a) the property and (b) to your room. There were no staff on site at 5pm on a Saturday. The property is new and may suit tired truckies but few else. Bedrooms with facilities consist of a bed a clothes rack 2 lights switches and a TV that only shows the basics. Most rooms appear offered with communal toilet & showers. No other furniture. The shower was fine and the bathroom clean but that' about all. The Diner next door is under separate management. The sign on the door states opening hours 8am to 8pm daily. I checked in the evening to plan for breakfast but gave up at 8.15am when there was not a single sole on the premises.
