這間酒店不愧是英國女王伊麗莎白二世入住過四次的酒店。它坐落在陶波湖胡卡瀑布河畔，佔地約68796平方米，曾獲評2022年全球最浪漫旅館第六名。
酒店房費是包含早餐和晚餐的費用，不允許10歲以下的小童入住。
設施、衞生、服務、環境都是一流的，也有中文服務。迷你吧所有飲料、酒水、食物都是免費的。房間出去就是湖邊，黑天鵝、野鴨、麻雀就在腳邊溜達。步行10分鐘即可到達胡卡瀑布。酒店有專車可以接送去陶波市區。

房間改造後，有些地方還是有些老舊痕跡，陶波湖風景非常不錯，含的餐味道也不錯。經濟許可的條件下，小住一兩晚還是不錯的

One of the nicest places that we have stayed at. Classy, top-notch service with excellent staff, accommodations, and meals. I can't think of anything that can be improved. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful property. It is like a postcard come to life. You will not be disappointed.

From the moment we were greeted on arrival to when we checked out two days later we had a remarkably great experience. All of the staff were so friendly and competent, the food was really good, the ambience of the place amazing and the accommodation first class and just right for the environment in which it is situated. The manager and guest relations also went way beyond expectations to help us with a predicament. We had left some clothes for a wedding we were to attend at our previous nights accomodation and they arranged for its collection and return to our room effectively overnight saving us a four hour return journey to get it. Thankyou so much to the whole team.

Not the luxury lodge you would expect from this price point. There were multiple signs throughout the room with prices for items (a backpack left in the room, room slippers). I’ve been given nicer backpacks for free at other lodges and was shocked they were trying to charge for this one. Prices were listed on the menus for the included cocktail hour, my masseuse tried to sell me on a $40 eye mask during my massage. Poor taste at a property like Huka. The staff were all at the lodge for less than a year and it showed. They were unfamiliar with the lodge amenities, things to do around the area and even general NZ info. We were never told lunch was included with our stay and they even had a sign in the room (again) that we would be charged for lunch. Also left was a sign that we would be charged 100% of our massage if we canceled less than 24 hrs before our appt. The lodge is nice but they need to work on their service.

Absolutely fantastic and the nicest place I have ever stayed. Highly recommend book one of the two cottages. The recent renovation is truly amazing. No detail has been over looked from the staff, to the accommodation, to the amazing food. You must stay here. I will return.

Beautiful. Couldn't fault the staff, food, decor, location!! We had a small hiccup with a hired Tesla but the team were very accommodating and helped us every step of the way. We will be back - thank you team Huka Lodge!

Not many properties on this Earth compare to Huka Lodge. A very, very special place and worth every cent. This pristine location deserves this pristine lodge with exquisite accommodation , food and service. You won’t be disappointed with your stay here any time of the year.
