It’s ok, but the only single-storey room is arranged. This is the second booking, because I was staying on the upper and lower floors before I felt good and I would continue to choose this one. After reacting with the store, I still wouldn’t change it. Happy

We had a 2 bedroom apartment in double storey. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Check-in was a breeze. Front desk was very helpful and brought us to our room.
It comes with a fully equipped kitchenette with washer and dryer.
Will not hesitate to recommend The Village Resort to anyone.
It was a wonderful experience staying at this place.

Very good, very good car hotel, very clean, bath water is very good, the boss also prepares coffee, tea, coco, as well as milk, sugar. The room can accommodate 2 adults and one child. The quilt is thick and thin and sleeps well.

A few minutes' walk from the beach, there is a natural hot spring with a pool. There is a kitchen but it is not available. The handsome guy at the front desk provides very good service. Parking is very convenient, and it takes about 4 to 5 minutes to drive to get Chinese food.

Good location, very good rooms but the sofas and some quilts need to be changed as they were dirty and old. Something needs to be done to the noise as we could hear other guests of the other rooms.
The manager, I believe he is Chinese , was very polite, helpful and kind.

Lots of parking space. Owner was super friendly! Would definitely stay longer if have the chance. Got a bathtub inside. Super relaxing. Toilet was big and clean as well. Bed was comfortable.

Beautiful scenery, opposite to Lake Taupo. Easy to walk. There is hot spring water in the room, but there is a time limit. You can soak in the hot springs in the morning and evening

The one-bedroom and one-living room is more soundproofed. It's great to have a direct view of the lake from the living room. Parking is also convenient. Dining is not far away. It's great. The service is very friendly.

The room is large, the kitchen is fully equipped, there are pots and pans, and there is a water spray jacuzzi. The hotel environment is very good, the boss is warm and humorous, the hotel has a swimming pool and hot spring pool, suitable for short-term vacation living.

Overall is great except for the insulation around the house not strong enough as it can be quite cold during night ….
Highly recommended for families and groups of friends enjoy the stay here.

AAnonymous UserThe location is excellent. I stayed in this hotel before the epidemic. I stayed in a three-bedroom apartment on the first floor that time. It was very good. This time we only booked a two-bedroom apartment on the second floor. The facilities and equipment are a bit old, but the bedding and towels are all new and high-quality. There are pots, bowls, induction cookers, etc., hot water in the spa bath and other facilities are very convenient. Downstairs There are washing machines and dryers available, please note that they are available from 8am to 8pm. There is also a BBQ for guests to use, and it is very convenient to check in and out. The cleaning staff are very friendly, but the front desk staff are not too enthusiastic. The overall experience is not bad. I will stay here again next time I come to Taupo. Ctrip has an advantage in price👍

杨杨Hotel location is good, just on the edge of Lake Taupo, you can see the lake view when you go out, there is a hot spring pool in the room to let you bubble for free, but we did not soak, four people stay, a total of three beds, a large bed 2 small beds, the room can cook, very convenient

GGuest UserThe hotel is a historic resort with a beautiful and natural environment, hot springs, Victorian architectural style, and well-arranged villas and buildings. There are also entertainment and leisure facilities for children. There were no twin rooms when we checked in, so the front desk upgraded us to a family villa and added an electric heater. The service was very thoughtful and meticulous, the room was clean and warm, the bedding was comfortable, and it was a very good stay. I recommend everyone to stay there.

GGuest UserThere are some car hotels, right next to Lake Taupo, the scenery does not say, the car stops at the door of the room, very convenient, very suitable for self-driving travel. The rooms are compact but well-equipped, cooking and bathing are not a problem. It is very close to the supermarket and the place to eat, and there are two or three intersections by car. The New Zealand big sister at the front desk was very enthusiastic and stayed with milk.

ヨヨッシI stayed just one night. There were 3 people in my room and 8 people is available in my room. There were 4 bunk beds and i stayed the below one. It was so low ceiling so i hit my head so many times 🤣
The bed was not dirty but not clean. The kitchen was small but i think it was enough.
So i am almost satisfied with the hotel. I stayed Haka house Rotorua before, so I expected that Haka house in Taupo also be same quality. But in Rotorua was better hahah please check my review of Haka house Rotorua🙂

It is very comfortable in autumn, and it may be a bit hot in summer because there is no air conditioning in the room. Overall, I am very satisfied.
