Hotel LIVVO Valle Taurito & Aquapark

That was the worst hotel we have ever stay. Food was horible, at 7.33am 3min after they open restaurant friuts were rotten right on the middle of the plate.If You were 30min after restaurant got open was no food left and 10min later still no one filled up empty plates. I would not give that hotel 3*.Dirnks,and all inclisive that was a big joke. All most popular drinks need to pay 4-6€ extra to change towels 1€ per towel,kids activities you need to pay for it and stay with them. If You are tirsty at night only free water avalible is in swimming pool. Other way You need to pay at vending machine. Location would be nice if roads will be open to go for a walk.without a car is only taxi 25€ each way or a bus and about 1-2hours. Walking distans to Mogan 1h only if the road would be open. If could rated -10 i will do that.

We stayed here in December at this hotel for 7 nights. Me, my husband and two young children. I was meant to give 3stars but because the hotel restaurant made an effort to give a “fine dining style” Christmas dinner we feel special. Food was great and the whole experience was lovely. All staff member are really good. The mini disco is also good. Not top quality like the one you get in Turkey but they are really entertaining for the children. Food is nice and lots of options. We are not fussy eaters, we eat anything. And to be honest there is food for everyone. Not big selection for desserts. Always cakes with different colours and shapes but they all tasted the same. We used the water park as my 5 yo daughter knew there is one. Few slides only like 3 slides for small children to use and the rests of slides are for older children as most slides have height requirements. Water is freezing so my daughter had enough after 4 slides down to the water. Water is sea water so we find it not too safe for her. Plenty of activities for kids at night like mini disco, small softplay, rides, etc. 🔴cons🔴 It took us like almost 3hours to get to hotel. Roads are narrows and one way so the bus we were on got stuck as there was a car in front and nobody wants to give in who will move first. I don’t know who should responsibility it is- jet2 or the hotel but I’m telling you it was not pleasant. The hotel is big and old. So their lift is Also old and annoying.oat of days we were there only one is working. We have a stroller so we need to use the lift. It takes so long to arrive and and only one working. The bathroom has smell. The bed is not comfortable like what other reviews said. I really noticed it. Bed is really hard. Limited selection of desserts- chiffon cake every day. Overall we enjoyed our holiday. Weather that time was fantastic. Warm and really pleasant.

All-inclusive without the all-inclusive. We paid just under 5k for a weeks holiday in between Christmas and New Year. We believed we were staying in an all-inclusive water park hotel with an indoor pool. On arrival at the water park we were told we couldn’t use the all inclusive option in the water park and had to pay for food and drinks. We were served alcohol from the indoor bar at night in a paper cup and were told glasses were paying guests only, which I assume meant my 5k spend didn’t equate to a “paying guest”. One day was cloudy, so we thought we’d use the indoor pool, only to be told that was an additional cost and that children weren’t allowed. The additional costs also included the football courts advertised. The pool specifies no reserving of towels on sunbeds but most beds by the pool were full of towels by 8am. The pillows in the bedrooms were like pieces of paper that were even flatter by the end of the week than when we arrived. There was an awful smell as soon as you left your room, like sewage. We had a pool facing room, which also meant it faced the entertainment, which was great if you wanted to go sit at picnic benches drinking out of paper cups until 2am but if you didn’t want to, the noise was almost unbearable. What was nice, were the 2 restaurants down by the beach, the staff were really friendly and the food was nice too. There isn’t much around other than a few shops but you can get the bus to Puerto Rico in 15 mins where there is lots more to do.

Brought my family here early January before they go back to school ect really enjoyed it nice clean hotel with good food will be back again next year, hotel room was spacious & always cleaned with comfy beds, water park was good but water was cold

First & Last time at this hotel. Stayed for one week, 2 adults & 2 kids. The rooms although a bit dated are spotless, good sizes with a great sized balcony. The maids are fantastic, coming everyday replacing towels, body wash/ shampoos. The pool are is fine, we never struggled to get a bed, you are able to help yourself to soft drinks. There is zero entertainment throughout the day! No balls or floaties allowed within the pool. Night time entertainment is across the road at the Plaza arena, where all hotels share. Kids entertainment starts at 20:15hrs and finishes at 9 then you had very below average adult entertainment till 10pm then that’s it done. 90% drinks here are chargeable, for example I drink amaretto in my hotel and it’s free, I drink it at the night time entertainment and it’s 2 euros and 3 euros after 11pm. The food lets the hotel down massively. There is very limited choice, the snack bar throughout the day either is hot dogs or burgers. The food in the main restaurant is very repetitive and never warm. Taurito area doesn’t have much going on, it’s very small. The water park is salt water so we couldn’t have spent a full day there as the kids were getting rashes. The food and drink here is a fortune for what you get. We found a really nice place by the beach for pizzas and pasta which we loved and spent the full holiday eating there. I can’t remember the name but it’s next door to grill restaurant. We got a bus to Puerto rico a few days of our holiday “, come out the hotel turn left and walk to the roundabout and it’s the number 9 line. There is a lot more to do there for adults and kids and then it’s 16 euro in a taxi.

One of worst hotel accommodation for holiday with family of four. Even after paying high price for see view accommodation the hotel staff refused to give a room. Children are disappointed, staying here for 7 nights is waste of money. Unfriendly staff everywhere.
