The service was excellent, both in reception and restaurant, but the services in the facility were a bit unfavorable in the sense that personally, as I was with my pregnant wife, I had a room on the lowest floor the first day, everything was fine because there is an elevator, but The rest of the days they had them out of service, which in a place like that I think can't go wrong. The gym was a bit poor and the only machine that it had did not work well, the impossible parking on the second day was that I was able to get one and pay it to the hotel, when you go to make a reservation you will see a buffet breakfast option for €4 that does not exist lol. The rest all good. I think that services such as the elevator should be guaranteed to keep them in optimal conditions. For the rest all good.

We have just returned from an all inclusive week as Escensia guests and are very pleased that we made the choice to upgrade. We had an amazing holiday that very much exceeded our expectations. To help those make the decision between Escencia and not the additional benefits are as follows:- *Exclusive sun lounger area with mattresses beds, next to the only heated pool (people did try and sit here with silver bands but the lifeguards would often go on patrol and move people along). * large bottle of water in your room daily *coffee pod machine in your room( although was a task to get new pods from housekeeping each day) * free WiFi *free safe in your room *use of the ”One Restaurant” for breakfast daily (free posh coffe and freshly squeezed orange juice here, otherwise charged in the food market.) *Pre booked dinners at the One restaurant booked 24 hours in advance through the app. This is basically an Italian restaurant and a lot of ppl, including us, were disappointed with the food and service in here. It did however, have a beautiful outside area with patio heaters and fairy lights. *Choice of bottled water at the bar, bigger range of cocktails, premium spirits and wine poured from the bottle whilst dining (much better than the help yourself machines). *Between 5 and 6pm cheese, olives and cava served just outside the One restaurant. We paid £78 extra, upon booking, for the 4 of us to upgrade for the week, I heard rumours that to upgrade once arrived it was 30 euros per person per day, however we never had this verified. Three of our party are gluten intolerant and on arrival were given a card to show the restaurant. The supervisors in black are trained in allergies. There was an option to pre book lunch and dinner choices which were completely gluten free. We chose this option once and then decided to navigate the buffet ourselves. There were labels on everything but as mentioned by others I think some of these were questionable. I would say if you are clued up on meals and where gluten is likely to be present you can work things out. The meat is all cooked fresh in front of you and there was always extensive salad choices and specific gluten free dessert area and area at breakfast. The one restaurant had a separate gluten free toaster that was wrapped in cling film in between usage. The lemon drizzle cake and chocolate Brownies were divine! I did have a reaction one day but couldn't tell you what I ate that caused this and again this was down to me opting to eat from the buffet rather than pre ordering. The snack bar available during the day was not gluten friendly other than the ice-cream. The bars had gluten free lager just ask for ”cerveza sin gluten”. We took part in some of the activities provided although despite there being soft archery, this was for 13+ so my children couldn't partake, I believe darts was the same. We hired table tennis equipment and a football (just returnable deposit to pay provided equipment returned), to en
