Lots of waterfront restaurants and always fun events going on around town. Located in Central Florida next to Mt Dora and about 45 min north of Orlando. Tavares is known as America’s Seaplane City.
Assigned parking per cottage with boat parking availability. Seawall for overnight boat docking also available. Private community fish cleaning station by canal. Private community laundromat and gathering areas.
