We were happy with the hotel room for our first stay in Tawau. The price was fair. Just a heads-up—like a lot of places here, they asked for a cash deposit at check-in, so we had to make a quick run to the ATM.

Location is in the middle of Tawau town. There are many parkings available with reasonable rate charged by municipal. The hotel can only provide one free parking space in front of the hotel.
