The location for this hotel is superb because it’s located in the middle of Tawau town. The room what I can said very clean but the amenities all looks old. The pillows very thin and I requested extra pillow and has to paid rm5 for one pillow.

iron is not available in the room. need to ask the receptionist to send it to the room. I once called to ask for an iron, but I waited for almost an hour and it wasn't delivered until I went out to eat. that's okay. but what is not good is that when you are not in the room, housekeeping enters the room without asking. There was no "please don't disturb" tag provided in the room I checked in. The next day, I told the receptionist not to clean my room. and you know what happened? when I go back to my room after doing things outside, my room has been tidied up! this already violates the tenant's privacy!
