Xiaomeijia surprised me. I stayed in Tawau for one night before going to Semporna. There were three families, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The price was 400 RMB. They also gave me a bunch of thoughtful snacks and new products. The kitchen was very clean. , the bathroom is also very clean, not to mention the bedroom. There is a durian stall 150 meters away. I bought 3 durians ➕ 20 mangosteens ➕ two dragon fruits for 200 ringgit. . . Eat until you are satisfied. I will come back next year, specifically to stay at Xiaomei's house for a few more days.

stayed here for the first time. when lady boss heard i'm a frequent traveler to tawau (at least 2 x 2 days trips per month) she gave me a free upgrade to deluxe room. Room was big and spacious and tv comes with netlfix. the only little imperfection for me was the lacking of water kettle in room. It would be better to either have individual kettle in each room or hot & cold water dispenser at each level. best would be also equiping the rooms with mini bar. over all its a good stay.

This is the cleanest and most tidy room I stayed in Sabah. It's a pity that I only stayed there for one night.
It's very close to the airport. If you arrive at the airport in the middle of the night, you can consider staying here for one night to adjust. The next day, you can go to the market next door to have a meal and then take a taxi to Semporna slowly.
It's easy to find, and you can check in by yourself~
The front desk can speak Chinese, which is very convenient~

Stay here a night before flight next day back to KL. Surrounding is quite deserted so if alone just becareful. Front desk is friendly. Its a budget hotel so quite reasonably humble. Good for short stay prior flight the next day

I stay with my wife, the staff is very friendly. Even hotel at 3rd floor but its has lift 😀 Just above the KFC, easy to find it. Room is superb clean & all new. LG TV with Netflix, Amozon Video all free. Easy to find food at this area, Bataras supermarket just beside the hotel. Me & my with love the stay, sure will stay again if visit Tawau in the future! 😊🌈

I had to request to use the iron & hair dryer from housekeeping
The mineral water provided has expired though . Same goes for the soap and shampoo 😅

Rramesh nadasonThe location is good with other amenities within walking distances. The staff were accommodating and friendly. It was a pleasant encounter. The roof top beers were chilled and fresh to taste. The tomyam mee hoon and the crunchy salmon was a bit too sweet for my taste buds. Overall worth another stay another time.

WWui HonThis hotel is a good place to stay, low rates and worth it for the 3 of us in a room. The room is clean. There's water dispenser in the corridor for the convenience of guests.
The only drawback is there's no lift and we have to walk all the way up the the 3rd floor.
