Management of Snow View has recently changed. Previous excellent customer service has disappeared. I had a problem with my booking (accidently booked on wrong dates). When I contacted the property to change dates, twice by email and once by phone, they refused to respond. Lost my $810 and heard crickets. I won't go anywhere near this place again, especially as there are plenty of other good options near Mt Beauty.
