Hotel Casa Grande de Taxco

If you want cheap this is the place to go. But it comes at a price. The smell, if you're lucky you'll get a room that doesn't smell like a backed up sewer, but ours did. The moved us to a higher floor which didn't smell. The rooms are small, the bathrooms even smaller. The rooms have no windows, and because they don't have windows there are openings above door to have a little ventilation, but it doesn't afford any privacy. The linens are not soft. There is no a/c, which wouldn't be an issue if you could open a window for a little ventilation. The bar did have loud music, but I'm not as affected by that as others have mentioned.
