"Great location near the airport. Advertises a shuttle but waited over 30 minutes never showed when I called I was told I’d have to wait longer. I figured out it was walkable so I walked. Told the manager, but didn’t receive follow up because she never took my name or room number. Check in on kiosk so easy and convenient. Room service or restaurant in lobby available. Bedroom was amazing view and overall really spotless. No water in the room but have the option to buy in the restaurant. Great sleep and very clean bathroom."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. I was travelling back to London from Cairns, and chose to break it with an overnight stay at Melbourne Airport. The room was super comfy with a great view over the runway, and I had a wonderful morning in the spa before a very leisurely five-minute walk to the terminal. I may even repeat the experience when I'm back in Australia in August - highly recommended."
