Swimming pool, food was amazing, staff were extremely helpful, hotel room was stunning 😍 will definitely come back again! The late check in is a little disappointing but no problems at all!

very nice hotel, room very spacious, comfy beds, staff very friendly, breakfast buffet really good. they have next door pool, gym, steam and sauna. From hotel to tbilisi city center, liberty square by bolt taxi (highly recommend to use this taxi by bolt app) around 11 to 14 lari ( Georgian currency). I recommend to stay this five star hotel. definitely l will go back to stay with this hotel again.

I happened to pass by and the hotel looked good, so I canceled my original reservation and stayed there. The breakfast is very good and the restaurant interior is luxurious. The room was in good condition, but there was a bit of noise because it was close to the road. I went because they said the swimming pool was open until 12 o'clock. I was a little taken aback when I heard that it would finish at 11:30 while I was using it. Other than that, everything was satisfactory.

This time we were disappointed with the choice of hotel: the hotel is tired and the service leaves much to be desired. This is our second time staying here. I liked it last time. We warned in advance that we were moving in after the wedding and we were on a honeymoon. At the reception they said that they saw our comment and offered us to pay for the wedding package. No amenities from the hotel. When asked about afternoon tea, they said that it was also a separate paid option. We had a club room which included coffee, tea and biscuits all day. There is no variety compared to other hotels. The room is very tired and needs renovation. We went to the spa. In a huge multi-storey hotel there is a small sauna for 6 people and the same hammam. The Jacuzzi didn't work. There are only 2 in the recreation area!! sun lounger The pool is on a separate floor and has cold water. Unfortunately, the hotel is not worth the money. We were left disappointed.

We booked a room with two beds. We sent a message to the hotel via the Trip.com app, which they never answered. We also sent an email directly to the hotel, which they never answered either. The rooms with two beds are smaller than the rooms with one bed. When we arrived, the room we were given had two beds pushed together with one sheet. They had to send someone to separate them and make the beds each with their own sheets. There are two chairs in the room, but neither has armrests, which makes them not very comfortable. The mattresses are not very comfortable. They put a mattress on top of the mattress, which makes it too soft and hot, and we had to remove them to be able to sleep better. They have TV channels, especially news. Nothing in Spanish, Portuguese or Italian. The breakfast is good, although for long stays it is always the same. There are two types of hot dishes, one with scrambled eggs, one with bacon and one with some type of vegetable (this one changes daily). There is a buffet of breads, two types of cereals, jams and honeycomb. Various fruits, hazelnuts, fresh cheeses, yogurts, hard-boiled eggs, skimmed milk and almond milk. A coffee and cappuccino machine and some tea bags. You can also order eggs to taste. The gluten-free bread is terrible, it consists of a tasteless roll that falls apart when you cut it and the other option is round rice cakes that are not packaged and are no longer crispy, but rather ”gummy” because they are left unwrapped. Luckily we brought our gluten-free bread, since they never answered the email we sent or the message on the app asking if they had gluten-free options. The gym is small. It is fine for aerobic exercises. It has few weights. The heaviest is the 20-pound one and is located in the basement. On the top floor there is a terrace where you can see a nice view of the old part of the city. The entrance to the hotel is unpaved, I think they are repairing the road. When you leave it is a 5 minute walk to the thermal baths, 10 minutes to the cable car that takes you up to the castle and about 20 minutes to the clock tower. Going by ”bolt” is a very good option to get around the city. The staff at the reception and the restaurant are friendly. The security staff are always serious, as if they were angry, they never smile.

The hotel is a long-established five-star hotel in Tbilisi, located in the old town. You need to cross a bridge to get to the new town. The overall facilities of the hotel are good, the room space is reasonably arranged, and the breakfast is also very good.

This hotel have some issues the rooms are five star but the service and the food are definitely lacking a price point of over 100 dollars. The breakfast buffet food temperatures incorrect. When I got home the first day after my adventures at 6 p.m. my room wasn't cleaned. I was made really annoyed. Web down tell them to clean my room and waited in the lobby to do something that's already been done. .the hotels policy they say because of covid is not to clean your room! I've been on vacation for the last 45 days and this is the only hotel in three continents that hasn't cleaned my room on a daily basis. Also they have a pool but it looked so uninviting. There's no concierge and the staff don't know answers to basic questions about airlines or where to eat . This hotel is worth $75 a night maximum not over $100 a night. I always ask myself would I stay there again . The answer is no. It's hotel is not up to the service if it's price point period the rooms are very pretty though

Service attitude is average 4 stars, individual service staff need to be improved Although the room is an executive room, you have to ask for toiletries by yourself. The overall living experience is barely passable and could be better

Shota Rustavalli Boutique Hotel, Tbilisi, Georgia: The most luxe of our stay in our whirlwind, super-tiring travels through Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia, we were looking forward to well-deserved pampering here and daily warm bath tub soaks. I’m one for authentic reviews so here goes. The start of our stay was terrible. Water was cut off in this part of town - mind you, we were next to the Parliament of Georgia, how dare they. So there was no water for the day. If you have just arrived, smelling far from English Gardens and sweaty, this is the end of your world. We were given mammoth water bottles for wipe downs. Water was up the next day. It isn’t the hotel’s fault, really. However, there were more shortcomings. We had full-day trips out of city and were too exhausted to complain. Our door didn’t open or close easily, like there was a misalignment. Room smells like sewage in the evening. Shower gel ran out and housekeeping didn’t top up. This was mortifying as we had an early day trip out and housekeeping didn’t start till 7.30 am as I was informed via Whatsapp, but reception said 9 am. AC is always parked at room temperature, sometimes warm. Pool, gym and sauna are out too and unannounced on site. I’m listing the litany of crimes so management can sort this out as the poor staff get the lambasting. Gocha was very sweet and explained as much as he could with the water cut-off. Ana was our thumbs-up favorite with 360-service recovery. She arranged for a birthday cake for my son. Also a complimentary bubbly breakfast. Also so kindly extended our check out time (although there was a power cut for a good hour, we were nonetheless grateful). The great merits here are the location – this is smack right in the city, we even stood next to the protestors at Parliament of Georgia. Restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping, museums are all around, within a short walk. There’s 10% discount on dining and free Georgian wine (you’ll be drinking it like water in Georgia).
