A great place to stay in Tbilisi and very nice and friendly owner. Good location, everything within easy walking distance, and right in the middle of Tbilisi's only pedestrian zone. This neighborhood is a wonderful place to explore the city's history.

We loved our stay and our host. Flawless, efficient, and timely communication with the staff, as well as a warm welcome when we arrived late in the evening. The apartment is more spacious than the ad shows, very homey, cozy, and spotlessly clean. It’s on a quiet street but still within walking distance to many stores, restaurants, and parks. The beds are extremely comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay, made new memories with our family, and hope to be back soon.

I had an amazing stay at the 1868 apartment in Tbilisi! The place has a charming retro vibe, with clean and spacious rooms that made me feel right at home. The location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from both the metro and bus stations, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The host, a lovely lady, was extremely kind and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. My 6-day trip went smoothly, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend this budget-friendly gem, and I'll definitely be returning in the future!

This spacious apartment is completely new, it was sparkling clean, with all necessary comfort and comfortable bed! It is very easily accessible, in the Tbilisi old town central avenue. The central location is great for exploring the city and it's still not noisy. The hostess is very lovely.

Everything was perfect! We booked this apartment for a family. Every single detail is amazing, interior is very unique, air conditioning and amenities are super, fast internet. Bedrooms are quiet, beds comfortable, bathrooms are sparkling clean. We stayed as a large family and everyone was happy. Will recommend to everyone.

It was a very positive experience, the apartment is beautiful with its high ceilings and historic interior, definitely better than in the photos. There are two bedrooms and the windows overlook the main avenue but it is still quiet and cozy. The apartment is super clean, everything is new and sparkly. The location is superb as it is within walking distance of everything. Very good value for the price!

We loved the apartment where we stayed, the decor is unique, high ceilings, beautiful design, everything is new and always clean. Prime location close to most of public attractions and necessary needs like groceries, restaurants, pharmacy etc, the hostess very helpful, also the great value for money. Will stay again for our future trip in Tbilisi.

The price, location, and accessibility were excellent. The property was super clean and quiet. Location is very central, it is in a prime spot with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. You can walk to anywhere. The hostess was friendly and helpful for whatever we needed.
