The reception people are good and cooperative. Food is with limited varieties. Restaurant people are considerably good. Healthy and fresh food was served at the restaurant. Location wise, the hotel is situated in the heart of the city and very convenient for everything with walking distance. We had 2 stays in two rooms in two different days. The first time room was pretty small. The second time room was much better than the first.

The location is really good, accessible to restaurant, shopping however due to the bar in the property and surroundings, it is a bit noisy even during bed time. The service is acceptable except an incident that we left the signage to clean our room on our 3rd day but were not accomplished. By the next day, 4th day, we again kept the same signage and had informed the reception. Gladly, it was serviced as requested with new set of towels and beddings. The hotel room, lobby and common areas are clean and acceptable. The breakfast at the basement is fine, but they do not ask guests should we need anything; for example for omelets - there are only ready fried egg or boiled as an option. As for reception team, some are nice and accommodating while there are some who do not even bother to look nor check the walk in guests.

1.There were no free parking space lot, it was very difficult to find a free parking near hotel, I parked my car in 1 km from my hotel in a first day. 2. Cleaning service was horrible, I asked few time to clean my room, but unfortunately it was not. We had a problem with bathroom, at the end I asked to change my room, and they gaves me a better room. 3. The bar in the room , was empty. I guess any hotel with 3+ star has to be this kind of benefits even payable. 4. Very loud neighbours, there was very bad soundproof, walls were thin. Even windows arent close. And we heared the outside car noise. I guess this was enough for 3 star. But overall I liked the friendly staff.

We traveled with an infant. For two weeks they NEVER vacuumed, the bed linen was only remade, but did not change, the dirty dishes were not removed from the room!!! I wrote a message to the administration - they promised to fix it, but everything remained the same. Also the toilet was leaking. On the positive side, the location and the restaurant on the ground floor. One of the best khinkali in Tbilisi!
