This is an excellent boutique hotel. It is is a quiet residential street. Is convenient to the arena, shopping, restaurants, and the subway. It is great value and offers clean, comfortable, and stylish room. However, in addition to all of that the host, Tomas, is wonderful. His hospitality, thoughtfulness, and generosity made our stay one of our most memorable.

The owner/manager is very kind and suggested an excellent restaurant nearby. There is a grocery store and metro stop nearby and the hotel is in the part of Tbilisi where ordinary people live, so it’s not swarming with tourists. My daughter and I stayed in the economy double on the top floor. It was small but very clean and has a skylight.
