The hotel, approximately 140 years old and formerly used as a residence, has been wonderfully preserved and restored. It is impeccably clean, and the staff is excellent. We especially appreciate Elea at the reception for her warm and sincere welcome and for her attentive assistance. During our stay, her spot-on recommendations greatly enhanced our experience. We highly recommend this place; it’s a must-visit.

Ele Old Tbilisi hotel is perfect! You get more than your value for money. It has a cozy, creative, and clean interior. Room was spacious and well kept. We had a balcony with a swing which was perfect for our daughter. The hotel staff were impeccable! They are friendly and always cater to what we need. They go all out just to provide the best experience at the hotel. Food for breakfast was really good! We especially loved the pancakes... by far the best pancakes we had! Would definitely be staying in this hotel if we ever visit Georgia again. Thank you to all hotel staff for a very pleasant 5-day stay!

Perfect stay in Old Tbilisi with cozy ambience and garden area which gives us a homely feel. It is a very clean hotel with great hospitality, thanks to Lasha and other staff working there who was always there when called upon. The best breakfast i had in Georgia and would love to have more. Thanks for making our stay wonderful in Georgia ☺️

The hotel is economical and very good service by the staff. The hotel is based in old tibilisi and you don't have any views near the surrounding. The rooms are comfortable and hotel staff are very friendly. The hotel gives a feeling of home. As the hotel is quite economical most of the time it's completely booked, make sure you get a good room.
