Wir waren mit kindern unterwegs,die zimmer würde nicht gereinigt ganze Aufenthalt,auf handtucher 2 tage gewartet,Besteck und Teller 2 ×angefragt aber nicht bekommen ,laute Nachbarn

Ожидание/реальность не совпадает абсолютно! Ключи выдали прямо на улице, многоквартирного дома, никаких вывесок, даже стойки регистрации нет. Сами так называемые «номера» обшарпанные, грязные и прокуренные, находиться там максимально не комфортно. Руководство даже не решило вопрос с чистым постельным бельём, им было совершенно все равно! Свинское отношение! 🤷🏽♀️ За эти деньги можно снять любой хороший сетевой отель, не ведитесь на купленные отзывы! Фото и видео прилагаю..

Good for family and budget
It was amazing flat with one full bedroom and a half bedroom + sitting area with 2 big size sofas.
It is good for family and budget.
A tip to any new bookings: please get their number and call them about your arrival. It is bit difficult to identify the building from outside for new visitors.
I would definitely recommend this property.

Грязно и комната пахнет сигаретным дымом. Грязное белье, обшарпанные стены, проветривание комнаты не помогает избавиться от запаха. Администратор после жалоб на грязное белье сказала что ничего с этим сделать не может. У нас даже не убрались после жалоб. На просьбу поменять с комнату с доплатой мы получили отказ. При этом у них были свободные комнаты. Впечатления от отдыха испорчены. ——- It's super dirty and the room smells of cigarette smoke. The administrator, after complaining about dirty laundry, said that she could not do anything about it. Even on the request to change from a room with an additional payment, we were refused.
