Clocks Hotel Tbilisi

I booked the hotel directly through their Instagram page and, at first, was a bit concerned since I wasn’t sure what to expect from a local brand. However, there was nothing to worry about! The moment you step inside, you can feel the warm atmosphere. From the pleasant, memorable scent to the genuine, welcoming smiles of the reception staff, you instantly feel appreciated. We stayed for 2 nights, and the hotel had everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided in the room exceeded those of many five-star hotels – we were pleasantly surprised! The location is very convenient, with metro and bus stations just a 3-4 minute walk away, and taxis can arrive within minutes if needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Terrible Experience at Hotel Clocks, Tbilisi – Avoid if You Value Your Stay I recently had an extremely disappointing stay at Hotel Clocks in Tbilisi, Georgia. Despite booking an Executive Suite, the room size was shockingly small, far from what you'd expect for the price and category. It felt more like a cramped standard room than anything resembling a suite. The issues didn’t end there. On multiple occasions, there was no water available at night. This was not only inconvenient but also unacceptable—especially when it meant not being able to flush the toilet or access water in the bathroom. The staff was another major letdown. They were extremely rude and unhelpful, making the entire experience even more frustrating. As a frequent traveler, I've stayed in many hotels around the world, but the level of unprofessionalism here was shocking. The breakfast was SAME EVERY SINGLE DAY, with the same limited options every single day. Furthermore, the vegetarian options were almost nonexistent, making it difficult for those with dietary preferences or restrictions. The only redeeming quality of this hotel is the view, which is indeed beautiful. But even that cannot make up for the numerous issues faced during my stay. I strongly advise other hotel options as well, especially if you are Asian, Indian, or a person of colour. I felt that there was a distinct lack of consideration and respect towards guests from different backgrounds.

We booked the suite in Clocks hotel last minute after our originally booked hotel in Tbilisi turned out to be anything but a hotel so we had to book anything immediately and it was the best decision to book the Clocks hotel as it has really high service standards that meet the gulf standards with all means starting with front desk staff and their friendliness, professional attitude and constant support to the design and cleanliness of the suite. The only thing we wish they could change is the timing their restaurant closes as the hotel isn't located in the vibrant and busy part of Tbilisi, it is a little bit far from the main attractions and touristy places which could be a positive point if you are looking to spend quiet nights but can also be negative since there are no restaurants around the place to have a decent bite in the evening so the hotel must have considered this point and extended the working hours of the restaurant to at least 11pm and offer some drinks for the in-house guests just to make their stay a bit more entertaining. In overall that was a great stay and very comfortable.

Hotel is clean and tidy, hotel has jet spray in the bathroom, unlimited water, staff are nice, do not switch on the a/c coz it’s working based on season, summer you will have a/c & winter you will have heater, open the window you will enjoy it, don’t keep more expectation on breakfast
