Worst hotel so far till i stay. As i am working in hospitality. I personally recommend not too stay🤒 Once you check in till you departure no any service was provided. Small water was there when we check in and the same day i ask them to offer a water they recommended to go out and take it. I didn’t even expect from them. Talking about breakfast it was okayyyyyy.

We just arrived in this hotel, and in hotel there was no water bottles kept they tagged them 3 star hotel. We called reception ask for water bottles he said we do not have water bottles in entire hotel go buy from outside and we requested call back from manager he came to room and very rude said we do not provide water bottles in the rooms you drink from tab or buy it from outside. Such a reply from manager was not expected poor service. Worst experience do not book

We had 2 rooms in ZP hotel through Holiday Factory, we were only able to use 1 room, 2 members of the family had to sleep on the floor. Room 404 was a disaster - Ac was not cooling the room and the water over flow in the toilet, all was unbearable. The reception was clueless about their policies and we had to keep checking with them on house keeping etc. When they cld hv made this much easier on new guest. Some of the staff were courteous, while the others lacked it.
