"Location is walk away to attractions, great restaurants, tours, and bus terminals. Further, the hotel is sparkling clean and reception attendants are accommodatijg and prompt in providing requests e.g. electric water heater."
"The room was clean and quiet, and the location was good. It was walking distance from Trinity and the old city. Not far from the subway station, there is everything to eat and drink around the subway station. The hotel's breakfast is very suitable for me. I left early and communicated with the front desk for us to prepare breakfast early. Thank you very much.
The only thing to say is that I don’t provide bottled water and need to buy it myself, which is the first time I have encountered it in so many countries."

"I had a wonderful experience at the Hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! This is the perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. The downtown area on Main Street is a best kept secret and the offers everything you need if you don’t feel like venturing out. Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!"
"The room is very clean. The hotel is very good. The front desk is very warm. The hotel facilities are well-equipped. The bedding is very clean. The health is very good. Next time I come to live in this hotel, it is the best choice for travel."
"Excellent location of the hotel, the area is quiet and calm. The main attractions of the city are easily reached on foot. The hotel is worth its money."
"Nice and friendly administrator.
The location is not bad.
The view from the roof is excellent, you can have dinner.
I didn’t like the breakfast - cheap products, some kind of juice, margarine instead of butter, no hard cheese. Coffee from the machine for a fee.
It also felt like the bed was not very clean. Poor cosmetics in the bathroom and minimal quantity (only shower gel)."
"I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience, especially considering the room price. The room was clean, well-maintained, and all the necessary amenities were provided, making my stay comfortable. However, one drawback was that they only provide one bathrobe for the entire stay, and it’s not changed daily. Despite this minor inconvenience, the hotel offers good value for money."

Amazing
KKimwillruleShota Rustavalli Boutique Hotel, Tbilisi, Georgia: The most luxe of our stay in our whirlwind, super-tiring travels through Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia, we were looking forward to well-deserved pampering here and daily warm bath tub soaks. I’m one for authentic reviews so here goes. The start of our stay was terrible. Water was cut off in this part of town - mind you, we were next to the Parliament of Georgia, how dare they. So there was no water for the day. If you have just arrived, smelling far from English Gardens and sweaty, this is the end of your world. We were given mammoth water bottles for wipe downs. Water was up the next day. It isn’t the hotel’s fault, really. However, there were more shortcomings. We had full-day trips out of city and were too exhausted to complain. Our door didn’t open or close easily, like there was a misalignment. Room smells like sewage in the evening. Shower gel ran out and housekeeping didn’t top up. This was mortifying as we had an early day trip out and housekeeping didn’t start till 7.30 am as I was informed via Whatsapp, but reception said 9 am. AC is always parked at room temperature, sometimes warm. Pool, gym and sauna are out too and unannounced on site. I’m listing the litany of crimes so management can sort this out as the poor staff get the lambasting. Gocha was very sweet and explained as much as he could with the water cut-off. Ana was our thumbs-up favorite with 360-service recovery. She arranged for a birthday cake for my son. Also a complimentary bubbly breakfast. Also so kindly extended our check out time (although there was a power cut for a good hour, we were nonetheless grateful). The great merits here are the location – this is smack right in the city, we even stood next to the protestors at Parliament of Georgia. Restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping, museums are all around, within a short walk. There’s 10% discount on dining and free Georgian wine (you’ll be drinking it like water in Georgia). It did all end on a very sweet note – thank you Ana. #eatstylishtravelstylish
GGuest UserThe old museum was renovated, very warm and clean, with good taste in details. The breakfast is simple, but with local characteristics. The waiters are very welcoming to Chinese people. Across the bridge is the famous flea market. It is a little far from the old town. It is convenient to take a taxi.
RRobert John MartinIf you want a taste of Georgia, this hotel may be just the place for you.
It’s located in an atmospheric old residential neighbourhood of twisty streets and steep climbs. If you know cities like Hong Kong, Istanbul or Belgrade, you’ll be familiar with this. You can walk it easily from the Central Railway Station. Otherwise the 368 bus will bring you most of the way.
The hotel is pleasantly decorated and has a large verandah with a nice view over the city for breakfast or an evening drink. In season, they have a mangal (a traditional barbecue) and live music in the evenings.
The room was clean and comfortable. It had everything I would expect including a small fridge and TV. A kettle, tea and coffee would also be nice.
For me the highlight was breakfast. It's a buffet of homely sweet and savoury Georgian dishes made freshly by the owner, including eggs, salads and traditional small, thick pancakes with sour cream.
If you’re looking for traditional hotel comforts you’ll find them here, with warmth and an authentic local twist.
NNoppasornLast night I landed late and checked in at 1.00am. When I arrived at the hotel, a tall European male staff asked me “who are you” and was very unfriendly. I didn’t want to cause any trouble so I talked to him nicely. I came with my boyfriend and my bag. Anyone who saw me would know that I was a tourist. After entering the hotel, he checked me in for more than 40 minutes and couldn’t find my booking. He behaved very badly throughout the check-in process and even charged me even though I had already paid on the Tip.com app. in the morning , at 8.55am in the morning, he opened my bedroom. It was a terrible day in Georgia. He made me feel suspicious and unsafe here. Please let the hotel handle this matter with this person. Because this man’s behavior is very unsafe for tourists. Or is it because he sees me as Asian, so he bullies me?
Your hotel is a very good hotel. I don't think your hotel should be ruined by people behaving in such an unsafe way towards customers.
The first night I was hoping to relax and start my Christmas break, but the first time I encountered something bad like this. I am very disappointed and sad.
GGuest UserThis place deserves a lot of credit for doing things a bit differently. The design features and floor plan are quite special. We loved some of the details like the record player and projector with streaming access. But once you look closer it is a little rough around the edges for the price that we paid.
Service was also very hit and miss. When we arrived, no one greeted us, instead staff was talking to each other and looked confused when we said we wanted to check-in. In Tbilisi, we had no problem with communicating in English, but the staff here had trouble communicating with us several times. In general, they were friendly though and took time to show us the room.
When we ordered a drink through the room service from the bar downstairs, it came in a flimsy plastic cup that was only have full.
Also be aware, that the window is towards the courtyard where there is a restaurant and bar that closes late and draws some pretty noisy crowds.
The location is great, though, and we did enjoy our stay here. With a little more attention to detail, this would be a great place!
GGuest UserVery nice hotel with nice and helpful staff working there. Both reception, restaurant and housekeeping.
Very nice location just few minutes down the hill to the old town.
Really nice, not boring, choices for breakfast with some traditional kartvelian cuisine choices, wonderful restaurant view to the city. Just a bit anoying that some guests come to eat breakfast with sweaty pijamas just out of bed (but that is their lack of culture nothing to do with the hotel).
Rooms are spaceous with all the amenities needed for the stay. Rooms with city views are stunning, so do not hesitate to pay extra few euros for that, it is really worth it to experience amazing sunrise or beautiful city lights at night.
The hotel is calm and beds are very comfortable.
The hotel and rooms are very clean.
Definatelly would consider to stay there again. Highly recommended.
Thank you for a nice experience!
BBingfengcanyeThe room is not big. There is a garden outside the first floor. The privacy is not good and the soundproofing is not very good. However, the hotel is in a good location. It is in the middle of the old town. There are food everywhere. It is convenient to go anywhere. There are very few parking spaces at the door. It is not suitable for self-driving.
SShairaBreakfast could do better but other than that and the cleaning ladies need to be a bit quite when they are cleaning the rooms specially in the morning. They need to do some renovations as well.
Other than that all good. I requested to extend for two nights very last minute but they agreed without hesitation.
Rooms are cleaned well.
GGuest UserThe location is good. It is in the old district. By 10 minutes walk, you can go to a main metro station. The breakfast is good and the room is spacious.

We stayed at Hotel Shine Palace for 2 nights and overall had a comfortable experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The twin beds were comfortable, and basic amenities were in place.
The hotel being alcohol-free and offering private parking was a big plus for us. It's ideal for families or travelers who prefer a quiet and respectful environment. The on-site restaurant was convenient, though the menu could use a bit more variety.
The check-in and check-out process was smooth. Staff were polite and responsive, though some improvement in English communication would enhance the guest experience for international travelers.
Great value for the price (AED 198.86 for 2 nights), especially considering the location and overall cleanliness. Would recommend it for short stays or business travelers looking for a quiet, budget-friendly option.
Suggestions: Adding more lighting in the room and offering complimentary water bottles would be a nice touch.
The average price for hotels in Tbilisi is SEK 680 on weekdays, and SEK 686 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
