Booked two rooms. Great service, location was right smacked in the middle of the city centre. About 5-10 minutes walk to Tunjungan Plaza. Breakfast spread was not bad, quite a variety to choose from.
The downside was that there were no mini fridges in our rooms and no day curtains. Also, one of our rooms had cracks on the walls and the paint was fading. The curtain was also torn at eye level. It looked like they didn’t maintain much. Apart from that, all was good.

Stay again for the 2nd time after my original first stay when we first arrived in Surabaya before moving to Jogja.
This time the room assigned to us had problem with the shower head. Its spoilt and the water was so close to the wall it is almost impossible to shower properly.
You either bump into the faucet or accidentally turned it off or moved the water setting, very frustating. If not because if its proximity to one of the largest shopping mall (Tunjungan Plaza) and my first stay room was not so bad without the shower head issue, I will surely have had a bad experience with the hotel itself. Its value for money though. The location is exactly the sane as Wyndam hotwl. (4 stars) which is jusy opposite the hotel

First time staying at this hotel at Surabaya, located at the heart of the city, 5 mins walk to tunjungan plaza but hard to find local amenities, need to walk further or take cabs. Overall convenience even quite old,no gym or swimming pool. Every weekend seems parr pf the main street can be used for jogging till 10am
