We stayed one night at Anagato while hiking in the Anaga park for our last day in Tenerife. The location is ideal in the north of Tenerife, close to the airport Los Rodeos, La Laguna and also the Anaga mountains, a beautiful hiking spot. The house is flawless, has only three rooms, a kitchen for the guests, a beautiful garden and two adorable cats. Really feels like home.

Me and my partner David stayed at the Chalet Anagato for 1 week in March 2016! We had an absolutely fantastic time and would recommend anyone to stay there! The house was very clean and tidy, there was plenty of room to cook. A beautiful garden with two friendly cats. We stayed in the balcony room for 3 nights then moved to the garden room both of which had their own perks. There is a shared bathroom with other guests, but it was always so clean and used respectably. The owner Jesús Del Álamo was an incredible host, made sure we felt at home and helped us with anything we needed. Most mornings he made breakfast for the other guests if they requested. So overall a fantastic stay I would definitely stay here again instead of a Hotel in one of overcrowded southern resorts. I would suggest hiring a car as it is far north, but everything in Tenerife is within driving distance. Tereza & David

We rented the house to him for 2 days. Obviously, when you rent a property, no matter how much the owner is, he cannot enter just because and without prior notice. We celebrated a small birthday and we felt constantly watched and harassed, what's more, the owner often came drunk and there was even a conflict with him, so much so that he himself called the Civil Guard and the authorities themselves agreed with us. we. I do not recommend this property at all, much less dealing with this being. The house left a lot to be desired for the money we spent and on top of that we found this problem. I don't understand the positive reviews of this establishment.

The owner is rude, he does not give you any privacy, I would not recommend anyone to stay here, it is preferable to pay a little more and have peace of mind. On top of that, he raises his voice and insults you, tries to intimidate the guests.

The Complete House rented for a family birthday...it turns out that it has permanent tenants in addition to the owner who lives there. The owner constantly gets in the middle of a private celebration, rummaging through one's trash, things in the refrigerator and tables. He gets in the middle, right next to you, watching, still, and he even moves the chairs where you are sitting and opens the doors for you where you are. Yells, insults and disrespects.
