Tehran Hotels with Gym

We have had a wonderful time and opportunity to stay at Espinas Palace Hotel, one of the most luxurious and elegant hotels in Tehran. The hotel is located in the north of the city, with a stunning view of the mountains and the skyline. The lobby is magnificent, with a grand staircase and a beautiful chandelier. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they made me feel welcome and pampered. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king-sized bed, a sofa, a desk, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was modern and clean, with a bathtub, a shower, and toiletries. The room also had a balcony, where I could enjoy the fresh air and the scenery. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable. The hotel has several restaurants and cafes, where we could taste different cuisines and beverages. we especially liked the Laton Restaurant, which serves international and modern Iranian dishes. The food was delicious and well-presented, and the service was attentive and professional. The Sunset Cafe was also a great place to relax and have a snack or a drink. The cafe has an outdoor seating area, where we could watch the sunset over the city. The hotel also has a fitness centre , a spa, a swimming pool, and a business centre. we used the fitness center every morning, which had modern equipment and trainers. The spa was very relaxing and soothing, with a variety of treatments and massages. The swimming pool was large and clean, with sun loungers and towels. The business center was well-equipped and convenient, with computers, printers, and scanners. Great Stay with Excellent Service and Dining The hotel offers a welcoming and polite staff, regular cleaning services, and quick responses to requests. The food is exceptional, featuring a mix of traditional and international cuisine, and the design blends modern and traditional styles beautifully. However, rooms need some renovation. Northern rooms are spacious with a great boulevard view but noisy due to traffic, while southern rooms are quieter but smaller, especially the bathrooms 🫣. Overall, a great experience, with the pros outweighing the cons. I would stay again!

If you are just for a few days Teheran or try to catch a flight next day it is perfect. Great few on the airport but totally silent inside the room. Free transfer to airport every 15 minutes.

Very nice hotel, but the customer service from front desk not so good. Great rooms, fantastic breakfast and location was ok for me because I was going to the embassy of Mexico, but might not be so convenient for other popular places in Tehran.

The location is excellent, within walking distance to the National Museum, Grestan Palace, and various museums around. The breakfast variety is also very rich, and there are performances in the hotel restaurant in the evening. A very nice hotel, highly recommended!

The hotel is located in a quiet side street, there is nothing special nearby, but it is not far to the center. Beautiful lobby interior. The rooms are a bit old, but maintained. The beds are narrow, the mattresses and pillows are hard. Breakfast for 5 stars is poor but tasty. Omelettes and pancakes are fried, there are freshly squeezed juices and good machine coffee. A good view of the city and mountains from the window, if you take a higher floor or from the restaurant on the 12th floor.
