Great and friendly service! Their rooms are amazing and to pictures. We joined day tour the day we checked out and we didn’t leave enough time to have breakfast after watching balloons and sunrise, the staff was kind enough to provide us with a takeaway breakfast, she was so kind and understandable that we didn’t want to be late for the bus pick up. And luckily we had breakfast to go that we wouldn’t be hungry for the tour that involves hiking until lunch.

Not bad. The only drawback is that there are not many choices in nearby restaurants, but they have their own restaurant and the food is okay. The environment is the highest point here and it is very suitable for watching hot air balloons.
