非常乾淨整潔的小院，房間前有向日葵，向陽而生。老闆一家特別熱情，房間也很乾凈，小孩超喜歡。晚上睡覺舒服，沒有一點噪音。玩了夏塔，晚上秒入睡。下一次來特克斯，我還會選擇。離民宿不遠，有一家鼎佳私房菜，麪包烤羊腿，非常不錯。

房間寬敞乾淨，店家服務非常好、很熱情，有了回自己家的感覺，洗衣機洗了衣服我都忘記去拿，店家很貼心的幫我們晾好了，門口的花圃也很精緻，非常推薦，這是到新疆遊玩以來住過性價比最高、體驗感最好的一次住宿。

位置沿街很好找，停車也方便，去八卦城走路幾分鐘就可以到。院子環境讓人一進來就覺得很舒服，房間設施齊全而且很新，非常好的一次居住體驗

房東很熱情，我們很晚才到還出來幫忙搬行李，送了西瓜和特產，早上還開車送我們去早餐店。缺點是家庭房淋浴間沒有隔斷會淋濕馬桶
