房間乾淨整潔，自帶小花園和小露台，位置離離街有點距離，但是離不夜城很近，夜景還是值得看看的，服務很貼心，一來就送上了水果，小夥伴身體不適也送了葯，早餐很贊，吃到了一個哈薩克的點心特別好吃，途經特克斯小城，住到這麼温馨的民宿很贊

從庫爾德寧開車到八卦城已經快23點了，拖着一身疲憊看到三秋雲舍門口温馨的燈光，回家的感覺油然而生。第二天早上起來才發現其他房間都住滿了。院子裏面花團錦簇，蘋果樹結滿了果實，還有一衹17歲的乖乖狗狗，熱情的幫着迎來送往。房間衞生熱水充足被褥舒適，很愜意的一晚。謝謝熱情周到的老闆。

離開新疆這麼久了，才想起一定要給這家民宿評價。因為老闆娘值得五星好評，人特別友善。小院很温馨，房間寬敞，適合度假和親子游。我們入住第二天要早起趕路。六點多就會離開，老闆娘知道後給我們提前準備了粽子和雞蛋，還準備了很多堅果和大棗，很是感動。下次來新疆旅遊肯定會首選這家。
提一個小小的建議，衞生間可以增加掛衣服的掛鈎，不然洗澡乾淨衣服沒地方放。

院子打理的非常漂亮，房間也很乾凈，院子裏還有一衹很可愛很乖巧的小狗。家人在這邊住的很滿意，後續去那拉提還有説覺得還是三秋雲舍好！聽老闆説天氣好的時候可以在露台看星空，走的時候老闆還送了乾果和三炮茶。因為我們和包車師傅鬧矛盾，老闆還提出如果我們沒有車後續可以送我們去景區，下次有機會來特克斯，還會來住！

衞生：衞生一般，地下有頭髮，房間裏有小蟲子被咬了好幾個包
設施：裝修的挺好，很温馨，小花園也不錯
環境：環境還不錯，早飯挺好吃的

附近比較僻靜。老闆養了一衹狗狗，年紀比較大，好乖。
房間都在一層，家庭房外有一座鞦韆。
作為家庭房不算大吧，行李箱很難展開，展開就擋路了。
早餐品種很少，起晚了就沒啥吃的了。
