Tam bir aile oteli, Tahtalı dağı arkanızda mis gibi havasıyla sizi selamlıyor, yazın en sıcak günlerinde kalmamıza rağmen sıcağı hissetmedik. Sahibi Ceyda Hanım oğlumun alerji durumuyla özel olarak ilgilenerek menü konusunda bizimle bizzat ilgilendi. Bizim içinde tüm menüler yeterli ve lezzetli, ayrıca personel de son derece güleyüzlüydü. %100 tavsiye.

Konumu rahatça bulunuyor. Güzel kocaman bir bahçesi var. Çoğunlukla aileler konaklıyor. Bloklar şeklinde tek bir bina değil. Rezervasyonda boylar kısmına bebeğimiz olduğunu ve yatak konusunda yardımcı olmalarını istediğimizi yazmıştık ancak dikkat edilmemişti. Odamızda bebek yatağı yoktu. Notu gösterince odamızı değiştirip bizi başka bloğa aldılar neyseki. Odalar küçük biraz. Kahvaltı standart kişi başı geliyor. Biz akşam yemeğimizi de otelde yedik. Balık fiyatları ve lezzeti Ortalama idi. Çalışanlar ilgiliydi. Başka bir otelin plajını kullanıyor. Şu ana kadar yürüdüğüm en güzel plaj yoluna sahip. Biz daha önce de Tekirova ya gittiğimiz için hakimdik denizine de alışkındık. Biraz dalgalı ve hemen derinleşiyor. Ama gün batımı çok keyifli. Kısacası otelimizde bir sıkıntı yaşamadık.

Tavsiye etmiyorum Kahvaltıdan sorunlu çinli eleman kültür farkından olsa gerek ne konuştuğunu tartamıyor. Kahvaltı maalesef açık büfe değil kişi başı veriliyor tane hesabı herşey.sabah kahvaltıda Çin müziği dinlemekten gına geldi.odaların genişliği yeterli havuz iyi yeterli . Kısaca otel desem değil pansiyon desem oda değil nasıl bir yerdi çözemedim.Resepsiyondaki bayan iyi niyetliydi İşe alınacak elemanların bu işin eğitimini almaları şart.

Отель небольшой,по-своему уютный,вокруг сады,красивый вид на горы,недалеко от моря.Есть 2 открытых бассейна(большой и малый/дет.)-чистые,комфортные,лежаки,душ. Номера неплохие,есть удобные, с большими балконами; уборка/чистота оставляет желать лучшего-пятна(в т.ч.липкие),следы брызг,волосы и пр.,на полу,дверях; бельё,полотенца не совсем свежие.Wi-fi - есть,б/п,неплохой,иногда с перебоями. Завтраки очень скромные("континентальные",эконом),из напитков только чай.Цены в ресторане при отеле явно завышены,кухня посредственная. Рядовой персонал приветлив,старается помочь, руководство ,видимо, озабочено экономией средств(особенно на продуктах,стирке,уборке,смене белья и т.п.). Отель можно рекомендовать как апартаменты для отдыха , с ненавязчивым сервисом.

Çocuklu aileler için ideal bir otel. Odalar, havuz ve veranda temiz. Kahvaltıları güzel. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Özellikle Batur beye ve Gamze hanıma teşekkür ediyoruz. Kendi aracı ile gelenler yakınlardaki phaselis plajına gitmeli. Çok güzel bir koyu var.

Прекрасное местоположение отеля. Сам отель новый: уютные номера, супер тихий холодильник и кондиционер, зато супергромкие петухи , которые не дают спать с двух ночи и до утра,плохое настроение к утру обеспечено. Жили там 3 дня, все это время руководство обещало решить проблему с wi-fi, но интернет так и не появился. Бассейн был грязный и зеленый, в день отъезда нашего его вроде бы почистили. Персоналу ресторана стоило бы поучиться коммуникации: либо эти ребята были всегда уставшие либо они не знают элементарных «доброе утро,приятного аппетита, пожалуйста ». Гостем себя абсолютно не чувствуешь в этом месте. Работники рецепции норм: мы попросили нормальное толстое одеяло, его нам предоставили. Владельцам нужно поработать над менеджментом отеля и тогда гости с удовольствием будут к ним возвращаться, а пока что такого желания не возникло.
