The hotel overall is okay. The location is good. It is located in a beautiful building. The breakfast is delicious. The environment is quiet and there are few people.
Disadvantages: I had paid the entire amount in advance when booking with Ctrip. When I checked in, the front desk asked me to pay again with my credit card. After I reminded the staff repeatedly, they found the payment record and processed the refund. Currently, the credit card has not been refunded. Continuing to pay attention and there is no apology from the front desk, which is a bit disappointing
The hotel facilities are a bit shabby. There are better and more value-for-money options in Tel Aviv at the same price.

Unique boutique hotel in the heart of Tel Aviv. Elegant ambiance, excellent service. Spacious modern rooms. The rooftop pool is well maintained and has an amazing view over the city and Jaffa. Breakfast was special and tasty, and unfortunately not available on the roof.

We enjoyed a great week at the Elkonin, the staff could not do enough for us. Our room was beautiful but a little small and we were quickly shown a choice of two other rooms. The bedrooms are beautifully apointed and some have charming terraces looking out onto Lilenblum St (no sound at all from the road when the balcony doors were closed). The breakfast was held in an attractive large room on the ground floor. There was some outside space but it wasn't as nice an area as the breakfast room. The breakfast was a fabulous Israeli breakfast, served individually not buffet. We enjoyed working our way through the menu! There was a huge stylish bar but we never got to drink there because we were too busy exploring the city's nighlife. At the top of the hotel is a wonderful roof terrace with pool and the most amazing view across the city to the sea. We spent quite a few hours relaxing by the small but perfect pool. The hotel is on the site of an old house owned by the Konin family. It has been wonderfully restored and offers a tranquil place right in the heart of Lillenblum and Rothschild. We would definitely return!

We decided on a weekend getaway from the kids … Scheduled a weekend at the Elkonin hotel in Tel Aviv . The hotel itself is at a wonderful location , and the rooms are extremely nice and high tech oriented . The main problem and the only reason it didn’t get a 5 star was the service . With a long list of falling short of a service that befits the hotel ranking . Breakfast is limited , and the waiters are nice but unprofessional, failing at almost every aspect. Bring the food for one person 15 min before bringing the food to another on the same table , empty salters , no sugar replacement on the table and when asked for some , we got it hand delivered 2 bags of sweet and low 10 min later . The room service arrives when we are in the room and didn’t come back when we left it . When we asked for our room to be cleaned the water bottles weren’t replaced but one of the pillows disappeared…. The pool area is small without beds just sofas , and unless you have a toddler that forced you to wake up at 7 and go to the pool , don’t count on finding a chair or a sofa there . My recommendation to the hotel is to have a staff manger present to monitor and train the staff . The little things matter . All in all a lovely stay but not up to par with the other high ranking hotels .

שירות נורא! לא להתקרב הזמנו מקומות במסעדה שלהם, הגענו לשם לאחר ששילמנו פיקדון באשראי והם אישרו את הגעתנו! אמרו שאין מסעדה וזו טעות במטבח והוא סגור היום. לא ניתן פיצוי! להתרחק!!! Terrible service! don't get close We booked seats in their restaurant, got there after paying a credit deposit and they confirmed our arrival! They said there is no restaurant and it is a mistake in the kitchen and it is closed today. No compensation is given! be away!!!

Fantastic experience, I totally recommend the brunch and the spa. The hotel is beautiful and extremely well located in the heart of the city. The service was excellent and the overall stay was truly relaxing and comfortable.

The hotel is located perfectly to explore Tel Aviv. It is close to the all attractions,walking distance to the boardwalk of Tel Aviv and Jaffa. The service is excellent very kind staff. The breakfast is amazing We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy the city

The accommodations were of the highest quality, even the pillows were wonderful. The staff were expert and excellent, and the views are incomparable. Thanks so much! One of the best parts was convening with others in the downstairs lounge areas- so fun.
