The room is very small. The so-called sea view room is a very small window that can see the sea. However, because there is a main road, the noise of vehicles 24 hours a day will be very noisy. Except for the lobby, this hotel has poor value for money.

This hotel is not any different from the Leonardo Jerusalem that I reviewed earlier in terms of the very poor quality of the food. Their dinner buffet is really really bad. Don’t plan on eating there unless you are the kind of person who is willing to eat almost anything. In addition, the staff, all the staff with no exceptions or really rude. I spoke with the front desk manager Catia and I was requesting lead to check out. She shocked me when she said everyone has to check out by 11 o’clock and she uses hotel security to pull people out of the rooms if necessary.

One of the first in TLV. Located on noisy road, this old and tired hotel has nothing to offer for you, except for mediocre breakfast, ugly interior and lousy pool area. The service is also mediocre at best, and frankly, I don't understand how this building hasn't been demolished a long time ago.. Avoid at all cost, this hotel will ruin your Tel-Aviv experience!

Upon checking in at 3pm, my travel companion and I specifically requested twin beds. It is with great dismay that I recount the series of incidents that followed, demonstrating a complete lack of care and attention to detail by your staff members. Firstly, we were given no assistance whatsoever with our luggage, leaving me no choice but to personally transport the hotel luggage trolley to my room. To our astonishment, we discovered that the assigned room was not a twin room as requested. We immediately informed the reception and were promised that our room would be changed promptly. However, we were left waiting for an exasperating 35 minutes before any action was taken. This delay in addressing the issue disrupted our plans and caused unnecessary inconvenience as we were late for a wedding. Eventually, we were relocated to a different room. Regrettably, we encountered the same issue—the room provided was yet again a double room, not a twin room. This unacceptable oversight reflects a severe lack of attention to our initial request. Furthermore, the behavior of the reception staff when we reported the issue at 4pm was absolutely shocking. Instead of offering a swift resolution, they had the audacity to question our intentions and reasons for requesting twin beds. Returning to the hotel at 12am after a tiring day, we were dismayed to find that the bed situation had not been rectified. Upon contacting the reception, we were informed that there were no staff available to assist us and that we would have to wait until the morning. This lack of urgency and professionalism is highly unacceptable, as we were left with no choice but to address the issue ourselves. Considering the circumstances, we requested fresh linen to change the beds to twin beds. It is astounding that, even in such a situation, we were not provided any assistance with this task. We were left to tackle the task independently, despite the fact that it should have been the hotel's responsibility to ensure that the room was prepared according to our initial request. Having returned to our room at 11.50pm the next night, the beds have still not been split as requested on check in, and again last night. I have sent multiple emails to the hotel manager, Shirli, who has just chosen to ignore my emails.

This hotel needs to be reported to the health department . Firstly particularly apathetic staff (even by Israeli standards) from the check in staff that just looked right through us as if it was just far too hard to check us in to the breakfast staff whose hands are attached to their mobile phones and they can’t look up to engage with the guests. The rooms themselves are a disaster - nothing like the photos on their website, the last time they were refurbished would behave been some time in the 1900’s. The electronic key didn’t work, we were given a physical key. We specifically booked a twin room and were given a room with a double bed. The bathroom is mouldy and disgraceful, cleaning non-existent. The only saving grace of this hotel is the view from the balcony. Whilst the breakfast itself is ok enough, the room is dark and dingy, sub-par coffee (and how hard is that?)the made to order eggs oily and served with no smile. Just yuck! Buyer be ware!!!!

Terrible noise beginning at 5 a.m., staff not willing to do anything about it. Never go there!!! As a home owner if you were disturbed by such noise in the night you might call the police! Here you complain to reception, they come back to tell you it is solved, nothing is done about ot in reality. Appalling!

Stayed one night as we arrived in Israel. Convenient location to the beach and a good place to sleep after a long flight. The room was comfortable but small. The bathroom was tiny. Word of caution: the front desk clerk tried to charge us the VAT tax which we don't have to pay as international visitoe. Just be aware and cautious..
