I booked this hotel during my trip to Tel Aviv back in August 2019 via Tel Aviv 2 Go and they gave me a horrible experience! The room was the size of a shoe box with a horribly old bed that had lumps and holes in the mattress and small blood stains. Not to mention that nasty "kitchen sink" area that had rust and mold stains everywhere! There was a folded up bed in the corner too smh. I called to complain and they gave me major attitude! The housekeeper that was there with the key, told me herself that they had given me the OLDEST room on the property, smh! The room that they offered to switch me to was barely any better and it had a small spider crawling on the pillow. I had to stay behind them just to get my money back. The housekeeper's fee was refunded immediately but it took DAYS for me to get my room fee back! I had to get my American company involved (**********) and I had to make the lady with Tel Aviv 2 Go, stay on the line with me just to make sure that they spoke to ********** in order for them to release my funds. She also gave me attitude but I was able to get my money back via that call. Dealing with these people caused me to miss a whole day of touring as I had plans to go up north to Haifa and Casarea that same day but had to cancel and go the next day because of all of the back and forth and re-booking of hotels they made me go through! This hotel experience definitely lived up to the notions that Israel is not a friendly place for African people! Before I came there I stayed a few days at Jacob Samuel in Dizengoff -- TOTALLY better experience! I left Geula Beach and went to 130 Rock Apartments and felt way more comfortable for the remainder of my stay. I will never ever stay here ever again in my life! Btw: I was only there for a few hours. I left the same day that I arrived!
