We had a very good time thank you Anniversary of United ladies we were served by a waitress called Alice and Auntie Agnes The service was awesome 👌

The atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice and all staff are attentive and proactive making the service good. Me and my friend were served by Alice who listened to our needs and supplied them for us. She done very well with interacting and understand the customers needs and how to handle situations. I was pleased. On the reception was Ivy who was very kind and handled our situation very well. All together I enjoyed the food, attentiveness of employees and the service. The restaurant and hotel is also very clean and has a satisfactory interior design, and the food is very hot which was pleasing. Very nice, I recommend.

Alice did an amazing job with the service. She was very professional, polite, patient and pleasant. 11/10! The only down side was that there wasn’t much variety on the buffet.

I had previously stayed at this hotel last year and had the pleasure of staying there again for 10 days. The property has a high standard of quality and offers what I consider to be truly excellent service. During my stay, I appreciated the variety of breakfast options each morning. The hotel staff was always courteous and professional. The dedicated lounge area is comfortable, and the pool, undoubtedly the hotel's highlight, is well-maintained. Furthermore, the hotel's initiative to organize themed evenings added a enjoyable touch to the experience. However, what truly set my stay apart was the exceptional attention and efficiency I received when I encountered a technical issue in my room that could not be resolved immediately. The staff's responsiveness was remarkable. The maintenance manager intervened promptly, closely monitoring the situation, while management showed equal attention, immediately booking me an alternative room—truly wonderful. The entire process was resolved smoothly within minutes. This incident, far from being an inconvenience, helped underscore the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Such a proactive and effective approach to problem-solving is highly admirable and a hallmark of a property that cares about guest satisfaction.
