Chalet with beautiful nature around. Nice stay to escape from busy city life. Many activities around the hotel such as river cruising by the boat, jungle trekking,night safari and others. The room is in old fashioned style without the TV but it’s okay thus you can enjoy the nature around.

The wharf is a little far away. It's about a 10-minute walk, so it's nice to walk there as well.
The facility was bright and clean. The breakfast was delicious, the food was a little different on the second day, and the staff were very friendly, so I had a good stay.
The cheapest room is at the back of the cabin, which some people may not like. The toilet and shower are in the same room, there is a bed for four people, and there is no changing room, so if you don't mind, it's fine! lol
A gecko got into my room, but it didn't do any harm, so it will go away if you leave it alone.

The accommodation is right in the small village opposite the Teman Negara National Park. The location is therefore ideal!!!
Of course it's not a luxury hotel, but in my opinion you shouldn't expect that in a national park!
The rooms could do with a bit of improvement and modernization. The food was good.
It's actually very good, especially for the price.
I would definitely recommend it!

I had a booking with them in August. Finally I had to cancel the booking a month before of the date of the booking. After two months they haven't refund me my money. I made the reservation in their website (with free cancellation). I was in their hotel to claim my money and you told me to wait two weeks. The two weeks has passed and you has said me to wait more again. I have waited too more. I think two months to get my money back it's enough. REFUND MY MONEY!!!

The location is perfect: close to the pier and the NKS xon xui agency, you can organize transfers to Taman Negara and excursions on site. Comfortable beds and friendly staff. Only note: the word resort is not in line with our standards, in terms of cleanliness and services. We had the dirty air conditioner and therefore unusable, the broken fan, dirty cups since arrival and poor room cleaning.
