The furniture and decoration were not special, but it was clean and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also delicious-better than in other expensive hotels. That’s why I give a 5. Thank you!

A very bad experience. Upon entering the room, I found that the air conditioning was not working, and the room was extremely hot, with the temperature close to 90 degrees. I contacted the front desk, who sent an engineer to fix it. After checking, the engineer said it could not be repaired and even mentioned it was strange, because the AC in this room had already been reported broken in the morning—so why was it still assigned to us?
I contacted the front desk again to request a room change, but they said all rooms were fully booked and refused to switch us. The only options offered were a refund so I could find another hotel myself, or to contact ******* for assistance.
As a Hilton Honors member, it was very disappointing. Even though I booked through *******, I ended up having to pay a much higher rate than usual to stay at a Holiday Inn Express. The whole process took over two hours and more than an hour on the phone. Extremely disappointing.

My room was not ready yet and the front desk clerk was able to get me room that was ready with a bigger bed. Thank you. They were very kind as well.
Complimentary drinks and snacks at reception was also a plus 👍

Great location to access Old Town and Wineries. Staff was attentive, hotel was clean, rooms were comfortable.

The staff in the breakfast area were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The sink in room 450 had a small leak.
We did check out by 9 am but our receipt said we checked out after 2 which is incorrect.
